The environment and the college campus beauty
Motivate student to participate in extra curriculum activities
Balancing between fun and study, they always involve students for organising events. Motivate them and engage with new learning skills. Teachers are great

Dislikes

Too many events like one of the biggest fest is Algeria
But student should balance the both things rather than blaming college

Admission:

I have seen the previous years placement and the environment of my college. It's balancing both the things and exposure to every field, fun and knowledge. I have learnt so many things after joining this college like communication, behaviour and many more things.

The reason I picked this college was because of few reasons first being the campus is good and vast .Most teachers are nice and friendly and their teachings are understandable and the placements of pillai are decent aswell

FY Experience at Pillai College of Engineering.

Likes

The curriculum is structured nicely making it easy to study and score.
Most teachers are expert in their teaching and are supportive and interactive.
The campus is nice having all the facilities up to the mark

Dislikes

There are two internal assessment instead of just one mid term
The classrooms are not cooled by AC's and it gets really hot during the summer
The placement is pretty average showing almost no scope of a dream job

Admission:

I couldnt make it to other colleges due to high cutoffs or limited seat availability.While choosing a college i considered several factors like faculty, infrastucture, placement opportunities, and curriculum.PCE offers well structured course syllabus, experienced faculty.The admission process was on the basis of MHT CET scores or JEE scores by CAP process

College Fest :Pillais college of engineering have the best fest in the entire state
Campus life :in Pillais college of engineering the campus life offer full freedom and fun
Labs have ac... And well equipped equipments

Dislikes

No ac in most of the classrooms is one of the major turn off
There is a jungle area behind the campus... Which is scenic but i didn't liked it much
Campus is just above average in size... It's beautiful still most of the area is occupied by other departments

Admission:

This Pillais college of engineering is Best among the entire state... So this is always the first choice of many... The admission process here can be in both general and management way... The cut offs for malayalees is very low here

I applied my first preference was Pillai College of engineering. My second preference was MGM College of engineering and last preference was AIKTCKalsekar College of engineering. I get admission in PCE in first round. Only reason why I taken PCE because it has good placement and also excellent A+ great engineering degree which will help me to get a job quickly. no, I don't get rejection in any college because my marks are very good The admission process of my college is quite difficult to get sit in this college. They eligibility you should got more than 60 marks in physics, chemistry, and maths. and you also should appear for CET in PCM. I got 79 percentage in CET. and I also got and 78 percentage in HSC in which I got 78 marks in maths, 84 marks in chemistry, 80 marks in physics through which I got the admission in Pillai College of engineering

Likes

I am a sports player so i loved the gym, cafeteria and classroom as well
I liked the way of teaching pf our teachers
It is a good experience and good structure

Dislikes

Minimum attendance requirement i hate it
It is irritating every sem and i really hate it
Sometkmes leave structure also i hate it

Its one of the good college and for campus recruitment as well it helps to have a good job in future and admission process is to have good marks in jee and cet competitive exams and get in the rank list
