BMSIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The overall placements of BMSIT is good. The average placement percentage is approximately 75-80%. There is a seperate Placement cell in BMSIT which helps in career options and also provide regular skill training programmes according to industry requirements. The average package in BMSIT is 6-9lpa and i have seen maximum of 22 lpa of a CS guy placed in Phonepay In our (civil) branch the average package is 4.5 lpa and placement percentage is 80%. If you not wish to go for jobs and have an idea to start a business, there is a inovation cell which supports for your buniness ideas. It also provides various online and offline platfroms to expose your ideas and helps getting funds is your ideas is really good.

OUR COLLEGE PROVIDES 100% PLACEMENTS UNLIKE THE IITS WERE MORE THAN 50% STUDENTS ARE STILL GETTING NO PLACEMENTS. THERE ARE KINDS AND DIFFERENT COMPANIES VISITING OUR COMPANIES. MORE THAN 25O COMPANIES VISIT OUR COMPANIES FOR PLACEMENTS. BPTH CORE COMPANIES AND TECHNICAL COMPANIES VISIT OUR CAMPUS. THERE IS A SEPERATE PROGRAMME CALLED PLACEMENT TRAINING FROM OUR THIRD SEMESTER IN WHICH THE PLACEMENT DEPARTMENT CALLS ANOTHER OUTSIDE ORGANISATION OR COMPANY TO TEACH AND PREPARE FOR PLACEMENTS. THEY HELP US IN TEACHING APTITUDE QUESTIONS AND MANY MORE. THE COLLEGE RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS ALSO TAKE A ROLE IN HELPING US IN TEACHING DIFFERENT SOFTWARES THAT WILL HELP US IN OUR PLACEMENTS AND PROFESSIONAL CAREERS. THE COLLEGE WILL ASK US DURING OUR SECOND YEAR WHEHTER YOU WANT TO SIT FOR PLACEMENTS OR PURSUE FOR HIGHER STUDIES. ALL THE STUDENTS WHO PURSUE FOR PLACEMENTS WILL WITHOUT A SECOND TAUGHT WILL GET PLACED IN A COMAPNY FOR SURE. THE PLACEMENT DEPARTMENT IS VERY CO-ORDINATING. THERE IS AN ASSURANCE THAT THE COLLEGE GIVES IN GET A JOB.

The students are eligible for campus after their 3rd semster.. They become eligible and companies visit the collage for campus placement.. The companies like L and T, infosys, shobha enterprise etc visit the campus for placements it includes atleast 85percent are placed in campus selection

In civil only 50 percent students are getting placed. In other branches there are almost 70-90 percent students are getting placed. The average package is around 6-8 lakhs in other branches except civil. I have decided to do master now,till then work for a construction company.

I have taken civil engineering because I am interested in the design field where we can show our own creativity and our faculty members are excellent at teaching the subject we can contact them at any time.

I chose this course because of my interest in this course. The college consists of good faculty who help you in many ways like internships, projects, and other co-curricular activities. The exams held were after 3rd internals were conducted. Along with extra internals 4th internal for people who missed internals out of 3 for the average marks.

The college infrastructure is growing there are trying to change the college to autonomous the college has obtained NBA accreditation and has a good campus.
