IIIT Surat B.Tech Selection Process
For Admission to IIIT Surat, the 12th exam results and the score of the JEE Mains entrance exam will be considered, and a Merit list will be made category-wise listing the All India Rank (AIR) of the candidates.
To participate in the IIIT Surat admission process, candidates have to register for
counselling online at the official JoSSA website. Colleges and course choice filling and locking is mandatory and it is to be done by the candidate only. In a decreasing order of preference, branch choices are to be filled. Based on the cut-off set by IIIT Surat, seats will be allocated in each round of counselling.

How to Apply?
IIIT Surat B.Tech Admission is based on the JEE Main. The application process for JEE is given below.
Step 1: To apply for JEE Main, aspirants need to visit @jeemain.nta.ac.in
Step 2: Read the instructions and information form. JEE Main will be conducted two times (Session-1 and Session-2).
Step 3: Fill out the application form by providing the necessary details and take a printout for further reference. The fee for JEE Main 2025 registration is INR 1000 for Male candidates. The fee for female candidates is INR 800, while SC/ST/PwD category candidates need to pay INR 500.
IIIT Surat Ph.D Admission 2025
The Institute offers a seven-year PhD degree in two specializations. For admission into a PhD program, candidates must attempt an entrance exam and interview conducted by the college. The candidates will only be shortlisted for the entrance examination and interview when they meet the basic eligibility criteria.
