The fees are worth the quality of education provided. There isn't much of a hike, as far as I know, and the cost to study is around 4.5 lakhs per year. The scholarship is provided for financially unsound people, with an annual income of fewer than 4 lakhs per year, and an interview is conducted for those students, and accordingly scholarship is provided.
The fee structure is designed for the entire 2 years duration. It is split into 6 parts for the 6 terms spanning over the 2 years. If you opt for a bank loan, then your bank has to release term fees as per the schedule provided by the institute.
The fee structure is available on the college website and keeps changing every year. Various scholarships are provided to deserving candidates. Various banks in the city provide IIM-specific loans to students without any collateral. So it is fairly easy to secure finances for the course.

The fee for my two years MBA program was 15.5 Lakhs. Considering the facilities and location of the college, I feel it is a bit high. However, The college provides a scholarship to candidates via verifications of their family income and economic condition.
