IIM Bodh Gaya has announced its MBA 2026–28 admission policy with CAT 2025, PI, and profile-based evaluation.

The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya has officially released the MBA Admission Policy for the 2026–28 batch, outlining eligibility criteria, selection stages, weightage, and seat distribution. Admissions will be conducted through CAT 2025, followed by the Common Admission Process (CAP 2026) personal interview round.
The institute has also detailed category-wise cut-offs, profile evaluation rules, and offer acceptance guidelines. Candidates meeting the minimum requirements in each stage will be considered for the final merit list.
Who is Eligible for IIM Bodh Gaya MBA 2026-28?
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks, while SC, ST, and PwD applicants require 45%. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply. The institute has announced a total intake of 300 seats for the MBA programme. Reservation norms will be applied as per Government of India rules.
The IIM Bodh Gaya MBA admission process will be conducted in three major stages. First, candidates must appear for CAT 2025. Based on CAT scores, shortlisted candidates will be called for the Personal Interview (PI) under CAP 2026, which will be conducted offline. Finally, a merit list will be prepared using CAT score, PI performance, and profile evaluation.

Documents Required For Work Experience Certification
- Applicants must submit appointment letters, salary slips, and bank statements for work experience verification.
- At least one statutory document such as EPF, ESIC, NPS, or Form 16 is mandatory.
- Cash salaries, UPI-based transfers, joint account payments, and unpaid work are not considered valid.
- Work experience without proper salary credit from the employer’s bank account will be rejected.
- Entrepreneur candidates must submit income tax returns, business registration certificates, and GST documents for verification.
Selected candidates must first submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) fee of ₹20,000, followed by an offer acceptance amount of ₹80,000. Both amounts are adjusted against Term I fees. Withdrawals before the specified date will receive a refund after a ₹1,000 processing deduction, while late withdrawals will receive no refund.
After the final merit list declaration for IIM Bodh Gaya, shortlisted candidates must complete offer acceptance formalities and document verification during registration.
