If you are after the latter I suggest you go for big consulting firms like Mc Kinsey, BCG, or investment banks that offer 30+ LPA. But if it is the marketing role you are after, then make sure your resume reflects your marketing enthusiasm. This will further increase your chances of selection. Performing well in the competitions conducted by your desired company is another way to get a high-paying job. If the Final Placements are your last resort then make sure you have a stable and excellent CGPA. Many companies consider this factor while shortlisting. These points will help you get your dream job but cannot necessarily guarantee it. It all ultimately depends on your efforts and obviously your luck.

The IPM students are eligible for placments along with the MBA Students only . There are no Summer Internships offered in our intital BBA term . However students are free to avail of internships opportunity on their own . The average palcments and median placements are around 13,00,00 .

Life at IIM BG

The median package is around 16L, and the average is around 14.5. 1st year students have to sit for the Summer Internship Process compulsorily, and in 2nd-year Final placements take place. The campus has recruiters from top companies for both processes and an excellent track record of 100%. I plan to impact society by making this a better place to live through informed decisions.

IIM Bodh Gaya

All the students become eligible for campus placements in the 4th term or the beginning of the 2nd year. The placements were pretty decent and a good number of companies visited the campus for final placements. The highest number of offers were made in the BFSI sector. The average CTC was above 16 lacs.

For summer internships, the companies start coming in August, and the season lasts till February or March. The final placements also start around the same time, and most students are placed before December. 100% of students get placed through the campus itself. The highest package of around 48 lakhs was offered, with an average package of around 16 lakhs.
