Fees and Financial Aid:

Tution=1 lakh Hostel= 7K Mess= 19 K Rest it depends on vendor and type of course. Mtech has little more mess charge than UG students. There is some increment on price every year but you can avail the scholarship from the college using your income certificate.

Wonderful iit Jodhpur campus life

I am paid 1,47,050 in total.The Semester fee is 27,250 .The tution Fee is 1,00,000.The Convacation Fee is 3,000..The admission fee is 3,800.The Mess Fee is 19,000.for ST/SC and below 1 lakh is 47,050.For below 5 lakh is 75,000 .

I don't like college time table it is not good there are 2 hours gap between every class.

The tution fees for obc students is 100000 rupees and for sc/st students there is no tution fees, admission fees is 3800,mess fees is 19000 rupees. If the students family income is less than 100000 then he/she will get full refund of tution fees. If the income range is in between 100000 and 500000 then he/she gets 67,000 rupees refund as fees reimbursement.The fee structure of obc students is almost same as general. The convocation fees is 3000 rupees and the semester fees is 27,250 rupees, refundable deposits are 8000 rupees

the college fee for Btech program is as follows per semester - Tution fee - 1 lakh rupees > if you are sc st or pwd candidate then you dont have to pay this > if you are gem or obc but family income less than 1 lakh per annum than you will get entire money remmission > if your family income is between 1-5 lakh then you will get 66% remmision of above > semester fee - 27,250 and some one time fee like convocation fee, safety purpose are taken

200000 is the yearly tution fees, there are some other fees like semester fees which includes all the other charges like hostel and miscellaneous things which is around 30000. For SC,ST and EWS with income less than 5 lakhs candidates there is no tution fees. Apart from this, there is a seperate fees for mess which is currently around 20000 for each semester.

The courses here are very much focussed on students who want to go for research and ignores those who want to get into corporate or any other domain.

IIT Jodhpur College Review

As a student belonging to the General Category, I pay 127250 INR per semester as my tuition fees along with 19000 INR as the mess fees. The total amount of 146250 is to be paid all-together before the starting of the semester. As for the students belonging to SC/ST category. there are various schemes that the State as well as the central government provide like NSP(National Scholarship Portal) and many more. There are various scholarship given to girls, those who are academically high performers as well as those who are from economically weaker backgrounds. Along with that, the college provides laptop to the top-20 rankers in the JEE Advanced examination.

Experience at IIT JODHPUR

For sc,st and pwd students tution fee is free and they have to pay only hostel fee and semester fee which is around 100000 per year I paid around 100000 per year. Tution fee is 200000 per year. For general and obc students there will be fee wavier accordingly Family income less than 1lakh per year,full tution fee wavier. Between 1lakh and 5lakh ,two third remission of tution fee. Above 5 lakhs ,full tution fee 100000 per semester

Good infrastructure and facilities in college.

The fees for 1 sem is around 1 lakh 43 thousand for general category and in this hostel fees, tution fees and mess fee is included. For sc and st category tution fees is not applied and the sem fee becomes 43 thousand.
