Hostel Facilities:

You will get AC rooms throughout your course. For the first year you have to manage for double occupancy as it have been introduced from batch of 2026 only. Hostel rooms are quite good and laundry facilities are also available for which you don't have to pay extra. Inside the room you will get bed but you have to purchase your own mattress and bedsheets. .

All the students are provided with single rooms with AC in each room. The room is spacious enough to accommodate a single person. Hostels also have open space for multipurpose usage and a vending machine in nearly every hostel.

Dislikes

Here, the mess food is very bad. The food is literally tasteless, with breakfast being the only tasty meal of the day. Hygiene is also an issue here, with the mess having bad odor.

Every student is provided with a single room in the college. Each room is fitted with AC, along with a table, chair, bed, and an almirah. Dimensions are nearly 8x10 feet. You need to get your own mattress, pillow, and bedsheet, or you can purchase them after you come to the college. Since the campus is very vast, you can purchase a bicycle from the campus or get your own. The mess food is not good at all. The taste is very bad; sometimes, the food is unbearable for me. The breakfast is the only tasty meal of the day. The menu is unique for each day of the week, with non-veg options given 4-times a week. Along with non-veg, paneer is served for veg eaters. Sometimes, sweet is also served in the dinner

Mess food only for south students,mostly mess food items are northern side.

The food here you wont give to your worst enemy

There is a single person room which is great for privacy .the food is not great except in the morning idk why?.the hostel is very affordable compare to the outside and i think is not allowed for Btech/BS students to have dayschooling in IIT and there is no room for rent in 20km vincinity

IIT JODHPUR : Dream of many aspirants.

The campus life is quite good here and the campus is of 852 acres in total.we also get ac in each room

the room consists of a table ,chair and bed. each room consists of AC wgich is not there is any other iit. all the rooms are single ocuupancy rooms in the college. the quality of meal is decent and served 4 times a day.

We get an air conditioner single room in which a simple bad and almirah are provided and a table, chair and the we went to share toilet bathroom in between 8 students and the mess quality is not good and the menu is also a bad think.

Hostels are single occupancy and separate ac is given for every single room. The complete hostel is provided with wifi and lan port in every single room. Their are geezers for hot water. 24*7 Electricity is provided so it is the best thing in our college

Sometimes food of mess is not good as I think.

My room is very clean. In my room there is an Air conditioner and one tablet fan and one tube light one table and chair for study and one almirah for clothes. There is 2 windows and one gate and one bed for sleeping.

Indian Institute Of Technology Jodhpur Review

All students are provided single rooms from 1st year. Also every room has an individual air conditioner.

Mess food is not at all good, the taste is quite bad also there are hygiene issues.
There is frequent cuts of water supply, however it is notified atleast 4-5 hours prior.

Each student is provided a single room from first year itself. All the rooms have a separate air conditioner. Apart from that we are provided with a bed, a study table and a chair. All the hostels have vending machines from which we can have snacks any time. We dont have a separate washroom for each room, but the shared washrooms and bathrooms are cleaned on daily basis. Apart from that college provides room keeping services so you can ask them to clean the room. Hostels does not have and attached mess, we have 2 central mess. Mess food quality is not that good also lunch food doesnt taste good, however morning breakfast is awesome. In breakfast we have milk,tea,cornflakes,chana,bread,jam,bournvita everyday and apart from that there is separate dish for each day, we have dishes like methi parantha+aaloo sabji, idli medu vada, dosa, poha, chole kulche etc for breakfast. The lunch also have a wide variety of dishes but the lunch taste is not really good. Evening snacks and dinner is also good.
