Overview of NIFT

Fees and Financial Aid:

As of now, the NIFT fees for bachelor's is 13,42,000 for the course which includes tution fee and hostel fee and other charges, cost for 1 year is 3,26,000 as of now. After selection, everyone will get there admission letter with all information about the fee structure. Scholarship option is also there which is called 'sarthak' and they provide 100% to 20% waver in tution fee. This scholarship is totally dependent upon Student family's annual income and their own grades. Campus employment are also available whether with the senior students or in college Library. There are multiple events happening in college and every event provides campus employment opportunities. I have also taken sarthak 100% scholarship and it has been a great help for me in every aspect. With that, i have also worked with seniors for helping in fashion shows and events.

Attendance shortage even after missing few sessions because because there are not many sessions in 1 subject
Very expensive stationery and the course is already very expensive

The fee is around 1200000 PA with about a 5-7% hike each year. There is a Sarthak scholarship and Udaan, but I don't know much about it. They shouldn't charge so high for so few facilities. It is definitely a little too high.

Yeah there is a semester wise scholarship offered to people who can't afford to the fees and the eligibility criteria for it is based on the parental income. People who are found eligible by an interview are refunded even 100%of the college fees based upon their parental income. Apart from that there are also laptop policies and other good facilities to help the students
