Remarks

Course was interesting. I went through quora. The course was new and encompassed new concepts that developed my interest. The central government aspect of the college gave more edge to the college. The location also developed an interest in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Great opportunity to learn something new. The faculty is also very patient and due to lesser students the attention is equally divided. The teaching is mostly in a practical and interactive manner. The labs are well equipped and continuous help is available.

According to the reviews the offers are great and there is a lot of choice. The companies provide vivid opportunities to converge our talents.

College Events

There are clubs to be a part of and there are continuous extra curricular activities going on.there is also an e cell available for the young and inspiring entrepreneurs.there are debates and other competition. There are some amazing fest's that happen.

Fees and Financial Aid

scholarship is provided for the economically weaker students based on their annual income. There is also a laptop policy for providing loans. The scholarship is provided to limited students.

Campus Life

limited sport arenas, good resources as of library and labs. There is no good Internet medium. The resource room has all the reference books and also the computer databases are provided. There are few subjects to be pursued out of interest.

The overall all placement in my college is good but the placement in my course is not much better. The highest package in my course is 7lakhs. and the lowest package is 3 lakhs. And the average package is 4-5 lakhs.

NIFT Delhi - A total walkthrough

I had applied for CEED and didn't qualify. And in NIFT exam I secured the rank 30 and got nift delhi as its the best campus of all over nift. I took this campus. You need to complete any bachelor's background for this exam. They only accept nift entrance scores. Admission experience is pretty smooth as everything is online. And cutoffs varies every year. I didn't apply for any other colleges. I just got to know about nift only. I just wanted to pursue my career in arts and fashion. Also if I would have known about NID I might applied for that only. Because the product designing I'm doing here is way better there than here. Also to get into NIFT Delhi's B.Des. (Accessory Design) program, you'll need to ace the entrance exam, which includes a Creative Ability Test (CAT) and a General Ability Test (GAT). Life in NIFT

Nift is a government College and the fee for it is the least compared to the other fashion colleges. I didn't not apply to even a single other college since I thought I'll just give it a try and fortunately I got in in the first go itself. But I did apply for the uceed exam , my score was 50 marks less and I couldn't make it for that exam . The uceed exam was way tricky than the nift entrance. Nift has a simple admiss Process, you apply for the exam. You give the CAT and GAT exams which are scheduled on the same day itself of 2hrs and 3hrs respectively. Cat is the drawing exam and the gat is for the science maths gk social science etc knowledge test. After you pass this exam then you get selected for the situation test which is a studio based test where you get the materials and 3hrs and you have to then make something with the give material and the provide topics. Then you get a rank Accor to which you sit for the counselling and get the admission in one of the 19 campus in india...Read More
