NIFT entrance exam dates 2026 has been released by the NTA. NTA conducts the NIFT on behalf of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) for admission to UG, PG, and PhD programs at NIFT. The NIFT exam will be conducted on 08 February 2026 (Sunday). The Online registration process has already bega. The NIFTEE online registration started on 8th December, 2025 and the last date to register has benn extended till 13th January 2026.

NIFT 2026 Exam Pattern
- NIFT Entrance Examination 2026 will be conducted in three stages beginning with General Ability Test (GAT) and followed by Creativity Ability Test (CAT).
- NIFT Entrance test is a written test that is conducted for all five courses through General Ability Test (GAT).
- The candidates who qualify for the GAT have to appear for the Creativity Ability Test (CAT). The aspirants who clear both the tests will have to give the Situation Test and after that, a Personal Interview will be conducted.

NIFT Situation Test & Personal Interview 2026
Candidates who pass both tests move on to the Situation Test.
