MAKAUT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placement is overall fair but there is a lack of conducting proper assessments and lectures which can help in success in placement exams. Yes, companies are coming but no response from our faculty dept. to maintain a connection with companies HR so that proper evaluation can be done. This cons. is hugely noticeable right now

The course curriculum for Mca is not good in MAKAUT. More or less the same type of syllabus is covered as in BSC Honours of Computer Science. Some extra papers can be seen or else all the papers are already present in the BSC hons standard, students from CS background will find very few papers which are new. The faculty members are very good. They are cooperative and understanding towards the students. Though the student-teacher ratio is horrible in MAKAUT. A very less number of teachers are there in the IT department, much less than required.

In MCA 3rd Semester Students can eligible for the Placement. TCS, IBM, Google, Amazon. Cognizant, Infosys, etc. Highest package - 15 LPA, Average Package - 5-6 LPA. Percentage of students in the placement -75%.

Placement starts from 3rd Semester. Generally, the college starts sending emails to students about placement from the month of November. But still there are lots of problems like many students doesn't receive emails and updates. If complaint the authority doesn't care.

I already completed graduation in BCA that's why I choose MCA. Faulty is average. This course is divided into 4 semesters and there will be a major which you have to submit in your final semester And semester exam is too easy to pass.

There is decent chance to get placed depend on student skill and knowledge. Mainly the student are able to take part to placement from 3 rd semester for mca by appling the company that came to university and some student take part from the offcampus placement. The mass recriuter are Cognizant, Capgimini, TCS and many other are visit this collage. Highest package of 2023 is 19 LPA and Average package is 5.5 LPA. Total 75-80 student seat in placement are placed and many get great offer in offcampus depend on skill and knowledge. Basically I want to do job in my dream company i.e. TCS.

Our college placement is very good, our college is number 3 in terms of placement. The minimum CGPA required for placement is 5. My plans are to get a job after graduation. The highest and average salary is 150000 and 700000.

From 5th students are eligible for campus placement. The most visited companies are Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant, TCS, MindTree, l&T, etc. Our highest package is 6 LPA and the average is 3 LPA. About 75% of students get placement every year. I plan to do the job and after completing 2 years of experience I may opt for MCA.

If your good track record is in academics then you should become eligible on the 4th Semester exam after. Much more companies coming to you like Paapri Cloud Technologies, and Pursuit Software. More than 60% of students get jobs for campus placement cells. Other students get a chance from our faculty and teachers.
