This course total cost 30,000 rupees in divide 6 semester in 3 year, this course have lots of scholarship, financial assistance like swami vivekananda merit cum mins scholarship was the best scholarship in west bengal
The campus was beautiful and the professors were friendly and helpful.
Placement services are also good . around 60 percent student get placed

Dislikes

I really disliked how late our semester exam are held. this causes problem for 6th sem students as they can't apply for other places early.
The placement is really not good and many of the students hated internships and jobs for the medical representative designation.
The staff gets rude sometimes and are not helpful ( some of them)

Over view of my college

Likes

Teaching faculty of science is excellent.
College library is very good for students

Dislikes

College infrastructure is not soo good
College rooms are not soo big and cantea has to improve

Course Curriculum Overview:

Classes are going every day and teachers also take strict class exams to improve students learning skills. Semester exam are bit more tougher but our teachers helps us getting good notes in class. Environment is also helps to stay motivated

I personally like the peaceful college campus and its infrastructure.
The college offers excellent classes and study materials.The dedicated study hours make it easy to stay focused.
The teachers are super helpful and offer extra classes if you are weak in any paper of the subject.

Dislikes

The hostel accommodations are however a bit tiny and congested.
Improvements could be made in the gymnasium and the yoga centre that is there in the college.
The girl to boy ratio is zero. There are no girls in the college, since it is wholly a boy's college. This affects our NIRF ranking very much.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.

The amazing faculty of the college- very much experienced and qualified.
Full stocked Library with multiple copies of the books so that many people can borrow a book at the same time
Well operational union, and cctv surveillance all over the campus

Dislikes

The examination is quite moderately tough
The course curriculum is huge and require very much attentiveness
The canteen has very less food options .

Placement Experience:

There are no such placement offers got directly from the college, but there are various internship opportunities from the college which may lead to amazing offers from different companies if one works well.

I dislike my college distance, Which is far from my house.
They don't allow us to use the elevator for college students.
Our college canteen room is very very dirty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love computer science so I chose this department. The teaching in this department is very good and the labs are also very good. We have many exams in our semester.It would have been better if we had studied our theory paper a little better. And it would have been better if we had studied Android app development a little better.

THC sem 6 2025 review

faculty. so supportive, you can approach them any time via text and even calls. very friendly.
hygiene. canteens serve good food, and the classrooms and labs are regularly cleaned.
all the labs have fully functioning apparatus, if in case of any problem it is fixed immediately.

Dislikes

they do not popularize the college much. class strength for bsc is low

Placement Experience:

since i am a bsc student, i did not pay close attention to the placements offered by our college. but the students are eligible to give interviews for placements from the 5th semester. many notable companies like TCS offer placement opportunities. i plan to pursue forensics after bsc. i am giving the necessary examinations for my masters in the top universities of forensics.

our college campus is very big,neat ,clean,and beautiful
there are many co curriculum activities for the students
every year we are provided with a mentor who helps us through the year for having any problem in the campus

The exam is conducted in a nice way with a plenty of time.they teach us with ppts which are very useful for us.Beside teaching they provide us with extra knowledge which will help us in future.The exams are quite rough.

I like all teachers. There are many subject wise teachers .
I loved the canteen facilities. I pay minimum amount for my lunch other than the outside
I loved yearly college function. It's good for my mind

Dislikes

I don't like the bathroom. Very small bathroom
I don't like the college field. There are no ground in the college campus
I don't like the campus areas . Too small are for campas

Course Curriculum Overview:

I loved the mathematics practical during the curriculum held in January months and that's influenced me for choosing my course. The curriculum prepares me very well for real world application or further academic pursuits. I think they didn't change anything, all is good. The frequency and the timing of exams along with my perspective on their difficulties lever are moderate.

Social life of the institute is good and career support is limited

Infrastructure and recreational facility is good.

I like our class time because in our zoology department there was regular class taken by our sir and mam
I like to attend college cultural activity throughout the year
i like our college library and Liberarian because the librarian staff always supprotive and help to gain knowledge

i dislike politics during 1st year in our college
i dislike there is no placement offer by college
i dislike our institution about cantein because there is no cantein

I like my professors they're very helpful and good teachers but my college campus needs improvement.
I'm having a good engagement with my college mates and I'm quite popular in my department I have quite a lot of social interaction.
I love how my teachers are really good at making us understand and guide us all the time college feels like school not college I love that.

Dislikes

I don't like my campus they don't have any open space
There's a lot of smoking areas inside the campus and people doesn't follow the rules.
The canteen ain't that good they even gave me rotten food.

I love geography since childhood and I scored the highest in boards so I chose it plus my college has the best geography department in the whole of Kolkata and has the best lab too everyone wants to joing geography in our college getting in here feels great this curriculum prepares us very well for outside or real world by giving us ideas on what to do in future they can improve the department with more frequent classes we have 3 class test exams every semester
