Course Curriculum Overview

5

I loved the mathematics practical during the curriculum held in January months and that's influenced me for choosing my course. The curriculum prepares me very well for real world application or further academic pursuits. I think they didn't change anything, all is good. The frequency and the timing of exams along with my perspective on their difficulties lever are moderate.

Internships Opportunities

5

My college offers NCC intership. Which student goods in this intership those student can go a tours for Delhi for NCC. In the science day my college held a practical fuction every year and all the students participate and won many prizes.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly Payment - 3000 Development Fee- 420 Electricity Fee- 180 Library Fee- 180 Tution Fees- 660 Admission Fees - 1335 Lab Fees - 180 The Other Batchmates Fees Are- Yearly 2500 And The Fees Breakup Similarly I Didn'T Gate Any Type Of Scholarship

Campus Life

5

My overall experience with my campas life very good. My college organize yearly Fuction and for this all the students refreshing their mind. This function held on every year December months. I can access my college library every day I look some books in every week. All the books which I need are there all the time. The facilities and technological provision withing the classrooms very good. My college offered sports and extracurricular activities every year.

Admission

Uluberia college I applied and Ramsaday colleges I got a confirmed admission from. I choose Ramsaday college because there good and friendly behavior teachers. I didn't get a rejection from other colleges I applied before. My college admission process are very easy. They release rank based on results.

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio is 20:1. This disparity often results in faculty member sourding heavy teaching loads, leaving limited time to research, curriculum development and students mentoring. I loved the mathematics faculties because they approach students like a friend and do practical with own hands. Mathematics faculty is the best faculty. I don't love chemistry faculty as they don't appreciate students. There are 6 exam and exams are medium to difficulties. 20 students are fail to clear the exams. The course curriculum is most relevant.

Night Life

3

My favorite hangout place in my college campus are in the sports room. In this room I plays all the boards game like carom, table tanis etc and I went to gym 3-4 times every week and I loved this. This places open till college times like 10am to 4.30 pm.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've always found economics to be really interesting and thats why I choose to persue it. I wanted to dive deep into the actual concepts and workings of the economy and understand how the world works from an economist's point of view. Sadly the curriculam doesnt bridge the gap between theory and real life. It focuses heavily on textbook and not how the world works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course is good but you have to opt for masters and PhD to get a good placement. After bsc there's not any placement. The curriculum was basically practical and theoretical based. But I think it should be more practical so that we can get a job after doing bsc. The teaching method was good I didn't have any problem with that. As it was under Calcutta University so the exam questions were too difficult, sometimes it came out of our syllabus , i think they should change this a little bit .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus for BSc. Microbiology Hons. was in line with my interests. Few topics like virology, bacteriology, and diversity of the microbial workd are what drew my attention to pick this course. Although there are some portions which one would consider "boring", but I believe every subject has its interesting as well as boring portions. It's seems fair to judge a subject by seeing if the "boring" portions outweigh the "interesting" parts or not.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness of the course curriculum, my rating is solid 4.1 out of 5. Because it offers a variety of courses like compulsory english, environmental science, constitution values of India, Inter Disciplinary Courses where one can opt for a variety of subjects which change along with the course proceeds or semester changes. Not only that two major papers and one minor paper are present throughout the semester. As a student we should be well aware of our country and its law as well as how we can keep our environment healthy followed by sustainable development.
