RKMRC Kolkata Placement

A separate placement cell subcommittee is present within the Ramakrishna Mission Residential College Kolkata which takes care of placing the students in a good organization with a good salary. In the year 2019, students from both undergraduate and postgraduate courses were placed with reputed companies. The median annual salary offered to a UG student was INR 2.40 LPA whereas PG students received a median salary of INR 1.40 LPA.

RKMRC Kolkata Facilities

Following are the facilities offered by the Ramakrishna Mission Residential College to cater to the needs of the students as well as faculty members:

Library: RKMRC Kolkata has a good library facility that comprises one central library and departmental libraries within each department. Various types of books, journals, magazines, and e-books are available in the library which is very useful for the students. Currently, a collection of about 90061 books and about 39 different printed journals are available.
Hostels: The college consists of four separate hostel blocks for students for both boys and girls students.
Food: RKMRC Kolkata provides simple food rich in nutrients. Hostel students are given both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. In addition to that snacks are also provided to the students in both morning and afternoon every day.
Dining: Four individual dining halls are available in RKMRC Kolkata for the students along with an additional hall separately for the faculty and other staff members.

College give us a valuable time

Admission:

I give jee main , wbjee, neet exams but I don't get much marks so that I can get up into a good college. So than any other college I prefer this college for future . So that I can secure a position in IIT in exam JAM . And this college give us the chance . Our college enroll us by taking an admission test. I pass in good marks. So I join this college. The exam is not very hard.

This is a residential college so here campus is too much good.
Faculties are very much good really. It is a beautiful place for study
Other facilities like swimming pool and multi gym is available here

There is an admission test and short interview for the willing students who apply for the course in the college By only Hs marks admission is not completed. you have to get 80%marks in your 12th Board

First of all let me tell you that the students life here is nice because we have do everything here with together like study,go for college,playing cricket or football,eating all of this thing.
There is a main advantage of this college is college time and fixed class period everyday.You must have to come for class in college and must attend the college everyday.Teachers are good and collaborative with their character and their performance.
Suppose there is a problem then we solve those problem together,we take care of each other in our happiness time or or in our bad time,that's bring happiness in this college campus life.If there any financial problem we support each other.

Admission:

If any one 55% or 65%in previous college then they can apply for admission.They have fillup a form after eligibilty criteria and then they have to qualify the admission test .There are different department and subject they can apply for.

Mostly classroom is air conditioning and best seating capacity.
The college campus is around seventy acres.

Dislikes

The distance from hostel to college is little bit far.
The college and hostel rule is very very strict.

Admission:

In B.SC level a test will be conducted by the institute in three separate centres.For master's level a test will be conducted followed by the interview.If you are net qualified then you got phd opportunities.

Environment is very good, good vibe with lots of plantation and the whole area is full of plants and the morning here is like a blessing for all the students as well as the cozy nature helps you to fill the life and be a passionate person .

Admission:

Any student who has completed his 10 + 2 can apply for Ramakrishna mission residential college. You can buy the form rkmrc campus. Reservation is as per india govt rules. The exam is semester based and there will be a mid-semester exam in between semester exams. Admission process is very smooth and transparent. If you are good at your academics then you can go for RKMRC.

Faculty is among the best colleges of Kolkata, they provide a rich infrastructure
The campus is full of greeneries, so much lively to dwell here.

Dislikes

Campus life is some how boring as there are no such things like campus life.
The administration somehow will make you feel strangled, sometimes it's weirdly strict without any reason

Admission:

The college go through a college entrance exam in order to admit students, the admission form is available in the college website. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate. There are reservation as same as other colleges of Kolkata. The eligibility criteria to apply for the admission is to have atleast 65 percent in the desired subject.

The application process is not too much complex.As in economics the syllabus of entrance examination is mainly based upon mathematics .No need to prepare extra,cause it is mainly based on core cbse /isc mathematics syllabus of 11-12.They also test basic English skills by giving a simple comprehension in the entrance exam .
