BCKV COLLEGE REVIEW

Likes

College hostel is very good and hostel charges are very affordable.
College canteen is very nice, various types of foods are available.

Dislikes

Playground is need to be maintained and it is not nearby college.
Air Conditioner is not available in class rooms

Campus Life:

So many programs are celebrated like Nexax, Unmesh, Saraswati Puja. A separate large hall room is present for celebration. Library is too good. Various types of books are present. In every year 2 big sport functions are conducted by college.

Likes

The course is very much important and have much impact on society.
The campus is too beautiful. Peaceful for mind, you can get the largest agricultural library of Asia here.

Dislikes

Placement cell is useless, no one can succeed in life after the hardwork of 4 years.
Authority have no power and can't provide peace through out the campus.

Campus Life:

Few annual function take place here like freshers party, Nairhit annual function, Swaraswati puja and many more. An interyear tournament takes place every year here. Have good opportunity of sports in this university. But in the campus, there having deep influence of local political party. Try to avoid the politics.

Good Professors are here who are very much friendly.
Good Hostel facility for students.Mess is rubbed by students

Dislikes

Academic is very hectic.Students study just before exams.

Campus Life:

The culture and event is not that much good here.Student struggle too much to arrange those events.It is very hard to get permission for arranging events.So not so good for cultural events.All the best who are coming

Likes

Campus life is amazing. You can enjoy a lot with your friends
Academic building is great along with a huge library.

Dislikes

Too much pollution at the locality. Construction work is going on
Mess food is not that good. Some mess managers are dishonest.

Campus Life:

The campus life is amazing. There is one cultural annual fest Naihrit is held. Apart from that there is Central freshers party, departmental freshers party, annual tour, hostel tour, departmental tour, study tour, Saraswati Puja, Vishwakarma Puja are held regularly. You can chill beside the lake with your friends. This place is amazing. There is a dedicated gymnasium for fitness freaks. Indoor and outdoor game facilities are also available.

Likes

Professors in this university are very talented and friendly. They help us a lot.
We get the opportunity to do lot of field works. It's very beneficial for our experiential learning.

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are not so good. Sometimes there are some problems in supply of drinking water.
Assets of this university needs regular maintains. Which is not done here regularly.

Campus Life:

Annual festival: Nabarun (every year around dec-jan month) Naihati is the name of social. It happens almost every year or alternate years. The library is very good and large no of books related to agriculture and other topics are available in huge number. The library remains open Monday to Saturday except govt holidays. A large no of journals and newspapers are available in the library. There are normal and smart classrooms available. Most of the classrooms have A/C facilities and projectors/ smart boards. Every year annual sports happen. In hostels, some tournaments are also organised yearly. Every year Inter year Cricket, Football and Volleyball tournaments are also organised by the administrative authority.

I like all specially the educational infrastructure.
Low amount of admission fees and hostel fees. There are supplementary exams if you fails in any 3 courses. nothing to fear

Dislikes

Infrastructure of building should be maintained regularly (additionally Ac fans etc)
Results should be published timely. Administration building should look after it

Campus Life:

Infrastructure of this University is very good but it should be maintained regularly additionally Ac fans etc. Students become close friends as they have to study together and make project, field works etc . Students enjoy their life beside study as social programs, annual sports are held . And there is no pressure of study on students as professors are too kind

Likes

Method of teaching is very modified and also helpful for students, who are belongs from others board other than CBSC
Laboratories are very high maintenance. Daily routine is maintained . Morning to Evening classes are done with one of the best expertise all over India.

Dislikes

Field should maintain properly for learning works , which will be helpful for our future.

Campus Life:

Campus is very clean and also beautiful. All the people of our campus like yearmates, seniors, juniors all are very helpful and friendly. Any kind of books , journals are available in library and one can easily borrowed.

Likes

Good ambiance and scenic beauty..perfect for mental peace
Functions are huge and classy..no restrictions their...everybody can enjoy

Dislikes

Administration is awful..they don't think we are human
The hostel food is yucky...everybody lose weight here

Campus Life:

Infrastructure is really appreciable....there are different unions of different parties...they belong to different opinions but ultimately they sit together in the class...they arrange all the social and freshers with responsibilities ..they help all in need.

We and Our University - BCKV

Likes

In our university we have great teaching staffs, farm house which is within the university, all type of practical equipments.
We have a huge campus including 3 faculty ( agriculture, horticulture, and agricultural engineering) , hostel accomodation is available for all.

Dislikes

Lack of infrastructure, there are shortage of class room, there are not specific room for specific classes.
We have placement cell but currently university doesn't provide any placement facilities.

Campus Life:

Our university promot all type of cultural program and annual sports and games including cricket and football. Our university conducted annual fest every year which is a joyful day for students. Besides this our university take part of inter college competition. We have a huge Central library, all types of books magazines and newspapers are available here. Students can buy books at a half price from book store. After admission university provides library card for accessing books and others stuffs. In our university there are not any social group run by our students.

My university in my eyes

Likes

The faculty is very experienced and focused on very deep and soundful learning. The campus is very supportive
The class room facilities are top class and have ac and smart boards

Dislikes

The water facility is relatively less good
Sometime in summer current goes outit is also a Problem

Campus Life:

Besides the studies there are several annual function like face social many type of fest like to krishi mela. Where is the so big library in our university which holds most of the Bose needed for agriculture provisions with in the classroom are top notes every classroom has two to three AC is smart board projector smart pin sodium sports and extra curricular activities offer on the campus is also good there are many inter University course tournaments organised. Students can run so social group club student portal including their impact on the student life.
