- First thing i like about this campuse is its beautiful like really beautiful.
- Here some teachers are really good and helpful which encourages for better performance in every field
- Students can get so many scholarship opportunities once they join this institute like for students living in jk or students with good cgpa.
Dislikes
- Professors are not that good as expected,need to understand concepts from youtube
- This is quite difficult to afford for a middle class family but there are fee waiver also
- Hostels are not that good and have only fans not even cooler so it is difficult in summers washrooms are also not well mantained food is also not that good overall hostels are very unhygienic and are not well mantained

There were many placement opportunity starting from the august and even though the companies were considerably less int he 8th sem, there were still class till after the graduation. though it was not as good as i had heard before joining the organisation

Course Curriculum Overview:
Courses curriculum is fine it is literally good provide knowledge about different different things we get to learn so many new things overall courses curriculum is fine frequency and timing of exams midterm 30 marks 1 hour and Dam 50 marks 3 hours

- Nothing to hate much this about collage come with great facilities
Course Curriculum Overview:
First I thought it is not a good collage but it come with great facilities and faculty support everyone support the students and respect their in all kind of term and yes you can change branch by achieving good cgpa

- My college was vast enough with everywhere plants and trees planted. It had clear dissections of the departments and other areas. The culture is good and motivating.
- It had 5 canteens dispersed at different locations so eventually one was always near to some canteen. The college had various clubs which was always open to all. This gave alot of exposure to the students while giving them a platform.
- Placement status has been considerably good there also it is increasing. The TPO is working on 100% placement result which it achieved this year as per LinkedIn post.
Dislikes
- Less budget alloted to the clubs and when the fests were organised. This could be improved.
Placement Experience:
Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements.
For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear.
The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

- Good sport's facilities , Fests and cultural programs are awesome, good environment, clean campus, class are not too far from hostels you can go through from your own, girls is to boys ration is decent, projects like car racing drone making etc are
- They organise many sports tournaments throught the year which increases interaction with seniors.. as such no ragging in college..good infrastructure as buildings are so strong...
- Good mess food...decent throught the year
Dislikes
- Senior boy's hostels are prone to drink which is not good.
- Accomodation problem for first year students (4 seater rooms)
- Very strict academics which don't allow you to involve in extra curricular activities
Placement Experience:
In starting of 7th semester... students mostly starts placing in good companies..
I don't have idea of companies visited
In mechanical highest package was around 20 lpa and average was around 8 lakhs per annum..

- Placement packages are good enough according to nit
- Cultural clubs are also good enough to participate

- Teachers are not very qualified and experienced
- Guards are also not good. They just poke
- Placements are not that good respect to other college
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements from 4th year i.e 7th sem of the college. The placement percentage is nearly 60-70% and the placements are average for core branches but avg to good for cse branch

- hostel life is quiet amazing . we enjoy a lot . the atmosphere in the hostel is amazing and fun
- there are many programs going on every month to make us indulge in fun activities
- course structure is pretty good , everything is properly structured and well preciszed
Dislikes
- lack of interaction within the class . students dont communicate much with each other except friends
- mess food is sometimes not up to the mark
- sometimes there are multiple quizes on a single day
Placement Experience:
from 5th sem students become eligible for campus placement . companies like google , microsoft , amazon visits the campus and have many offers . highest packages were 52 lpa by google , amazon , microsoft , branchwise percentage of students getting placed varies from 80 to 100 percent . i want a good placement after the degree

- The teachers are well educated with almost everyone having a doctorate.
- Labs are well equipped. reading halls are there for self study or group studies. library is open even after 5PM (till 8 PM or 12 PM during exams)
- their are various student activity hotspots all around the campus.
Dislikes
- there are no AC facility in hostels. You wont require AC for 1-3 year but in final year summers it feel like a necessity
- even though are guest industrial lecture, there is hardly any industrial visit
- there is no student association that could point out anything wrong in staff or administration

only a few companies made no offers. I can recall only 1 name Nation with NAMO.
highest package in Civil branch was 14LPA. Average is 6LPA. for all branches highest was 42LPA with average 12 LPA.
placement % is 60-80 among all branches which is improving every year.
I am planning for higher education.

- The hostel service is quite nice and the cleaning is regular
- There is vast availability of food in the campus
- Sports facilities are also great and tournaments are regularly conducted

- Connectivity to city is very poor and less availability of supplies
- The class schedules are a mess and needs improvement

The highest package is 52 lakhs per annum, many companies like Microsoft,adobe and nivida visit the campus for placement

Is mechanical and electronics in NIT Jalandhar as good as CS in the same college?

Mechanical in NIT Jalandhar:
4-5 senior faculty members are excellent. Every ad-hock is very poor and useful in any way. Undergraduate research opportunities are limited, but you can participate in mechanical teams and learn a lot at international-level competitions and race events, or you can start your own. Self-knowledge is the only source of knowledge. If you want, you can get the most out of your knowledge and experience by leaving here. In terms of numbers, placement is excellent. For a long time, the campus has been dominated by PSUs and automobile companies. This includes excellent companies involved in the core design, the power sector, and the energy sector. They don't go there very often, but the overall placement is excellent.
CSE: Students have good grades and get good jobs as a result of the market boom. Some students are very good learners who work hard for their studies and knowledge, but this type of student is between the ages of 8 and 10. The remaining 80 people dance, sing, and participate in other activities.
ECE: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. Students are exceptional. Placements are good, and some students study the entire CSE curriculum to get the job. If you want to come here, you must choose with your mind, consider all aspects, and think wisely.
