- The infrastructure of department and hostels is very good for a government college.
- Good mess food, you can eat in hostel mess for 5-6 days out of the 7 days as the food is pretty good.
- Faculty provides PPTS and notes of what all topics are taught.

Placement Experience:
College placements are pretty good. Overall average of CSE department is 14LPA with 95 percent placed. Overall placement average of all branches is 6LPA witb 87 percent placed. Many students also go for higher studies.
Companies come for internship from 5th sem and for FTE / 6month intern from 7th sem.
I am currently selected for internship in expedia for summer 2025.

NIT Jalandhar: 1 Answered Question
Is mechanical and electronics in NIT Jalandhar as good as CS in the same college?
SagardeepStudied at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar ( NITJ )
Mechanical in NIT Jalandhar:
4-5 senior faculty members are excellent. Every ad-hock is very poor and useful in any way. Undergraduate research opportunities are limited, but you can participate in mechanical teams and learn a lot at international-level competitions and race events, or you can start your own. Self-knowledge is the only source of knowledge. If you want, you can get the most out of your knowledge and experience by leaving here. In terms of numbers, placement is excellent. For a long time, the campus has been dominated by PSUs and automobile companies. This includes excellent companies involved in the core design, the power sector, and the energy sector. They don't go there very often, but the overall placement is excellent.
CSE: Students have good grades and get good jobs as a result of the market boom. Some students are very good learners who work hard for their studies and knowledge, but this type of student is between the ages of 8 and 10. The remaining 80 people dance, sing, and participate in other activities.
ECE: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. Students are exceptional. Placements are good, and some students study the entire CSE curriculum to get the job. If you want to come here, you must choose with your mind, consider all aspects, and think wisely.
