NMIMS B.Arch Fees

The B.Arch programme at NMIMS BSSA carries a total tuition fee of approximately Rs. 26.25 Lakhs for the full five-year duration, which works out to Rs. 4.25 Lakhs per year (as per the 2025 batch; 2026 fees will be communicated at the time of admission). Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational Subject, Computer Science, IT, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies.
Alternatively, candidates who have passed a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate are eligible.
