Bombay College of Pharmacy is a private, autonomous college established in 1957. The college is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and approved by the AICTE and PCI.

BCP Mumbai Admission 2026

Bombay College of Pharmacy offers admission to its various courses based on scores in entrance exams, followed by a counselling process and institute-level rounds. BCP Mumbai Admission for various courses is as follows-

  • For admission to B.Pharm, candidates should have Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and obtain at least 50% marks. Candidates have to appear for the MHT-CET or NEET entrance exam, followed by the counselling Process. Admission is also possible through the institute-level rounds.
  • BCP Mumbai also offers lateral entry in B.Pharm for Diploma in Pharmacy holders. Candidates should have at least 45% marks in a Diploma. Admission is based on merit in the D.Pharm results, through the institutional level rounds under CAP.
  • For admission to M.Pharm, candidate must finish their B.Pharm with a minimum of 55% and have to appear for the GPAT or MHT-CET PG entrance exam, followed by the CAP counselling process conducted by the Maharashtra state CET Cell.
  • For admission to Ph.D in Pharmacy, candidates should have M.Pharm with a minimum of 55%, and have to appear for GPAT or University PET. Admission is based on the entrance exam results, followed by an institute-level interview.

After CAP rounds, Institute-level admissions are conducted for all courses to fill the vacant seats based on merit. Candidates must apply directly to the college for these rounds.

No, you need not appear NEET, however you need to appear for MHT CET exam to get admission to BCP Mumbai and then provide your domicile certificate to get admission.
