Remarks

Our college is one of the best colleges for Architecture and Planning. It has provides the environment for learning and growing. The teaching and non-teaching staff are supportive as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the B.Arch course. It includes architectural education in which designing models and blueprint of building constructions. The course is updated as per industry demands.

Placement Experience

The placement cell is dedicated to students placement. They provide the best campus placements. Many national and international companies come for campus requirements.

College Events

Our college organised events like Cultural fest, Environment day, Independence Day, Women's day, and Seminars and celebrated the festivals as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of B.Arch was around 500000 rupees for the first year and approx 405000 rupees annually. The total fee for this course is around 2120000 rupees.

Campus Life

Our college organised extracurricular activities such as Kala Ghoda, Orientation program, Foaid event, the Table tennis tournament and many other.

Admission

I got the admission through NATA and 12th marks. I have completed my 12th in PCM after that got a rank in NATA which was conducted by Council of Architecture.

Faculty

There are available a well-trained faculty members team. Almost professors have done M.Arch in their respective fields. They are very nice at teaching and very friendly to students. They will encourage every student for studies.

Designing dreams at DYPCET

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

I was passionate about it so I chose bachelor of architecture. For every 40 students, there is one faculty who guides and inspires students. Qualification of faculty is a qualified master of architecture. Term exams were held twice a year and were decently tough.

Remarks:

The College is good in academic criteria. But the drawbacks are it is expensive and has lot of intvestment making process College doesn't help in students with general group for any fee structure And the infrastructure is okay.

Admission:

First of all, you have to give the entrance examination then and you will have to gain a valid score so that you can submit the application form for the admission in this college. You must have got 50% of marks in your class 12th examination so that you can be selected in the college. The application procedure is quite good, you will just have to fill the application form which is available at the official website of the college. The confirmation of admission will be given to you after 7 days. There are faculty staff present at the college campus for your help.

Good college but Small campus

Remarks:

College is just an average.But it depends on you how you make out from it.It has good library books and study materials.No extra curricular activities so often.The professor's should help students in guiding them rather than just pointing out their flaws.Management should help them.

It's great. Keep going. They are always improving. We are the only college in India to have a digital department of architecture and all the necessary machinery.

To get into B.Arch, one has to complete the 12th with the Maharashtra board and score at least 50% in the 12th board, then he/she should clear the NATA exam and must qualify for the exam. BSSA Mumbai - Review

Students need to give NATA and JEE paper 2 for the same and apply for admission through the college website/ Instagram, most likely to get admission based on the cut-off of the year. The college allows refund in case admission needs to be withdrawn without any hassle. The college campus where admission happens is also very accessible and the process isn't time-consuming.
