LS Raheja School of Architecture Admission 2024

The admission process at L.S. Raheja School of Architecture is entrance and merit-based. The students should apply offline for admission. For admission to B.Arch via NATA score, candidates have to apply through the respective websites of the conducting bodies.

How to apply?

Application Process for B. Arch, Part-time M.Arch (Landscape) and Diploma courses

Collect the Application Form from the Institute Premises:

Fill up the Application Form and submit at the same address along with Application Fee (non-refundable) within the mentioned last date of submission.
The admission fee is to be paid only after selection via account payee cheque drawn in the favor of ‘L.S Raheja School of Architecture- M. Arch. Landscape’, payable at Mumbai.

The application process for a Certification course

Candidates having qualification of passing 10th standard (S.S.C.) of any board shall be preferred for a school certificate course.

Candidates having passed/ attended a 1-year course in interior Design and Decoration from any institution shall be directly admitted to the Advance Module Three of School Certificate Course.
Students will have to undergo personal Counseling done at the institution. The Counselor shall guide the student and check the Drawing Skills, General knowledge, and Technical thinking abilities. Then the Counselor shall guide the student with an appropriate course.
The students shall be offered a seat to the course on the basis of S.S.C. Marks. The level of intelligence and skills shown at the time of, "On The Spot Test"; conducted at the time of Counseling.
Application Form shall be issued to students only after the counseling is done along with the Prospectus on the payment of INR 500 per copy.
The total fees to be paid in full vide Demand Draft has drawn in favor of L.S. Raheja School of Interior Design Payable at MUMBAI.

College is easily accessible because of share auto facility and being near to Bandra station . There is a government ground right in fromt of your college which is always accessible and in use by the students of our college. The college premises are clean and hygiene and there are CCTV installations done over the premises of the structure

From the day I came to this college, I have been observing the most important thing here and that is discipline. Teachers are very strict so students also full discipline. College is very good in teaching faculty. The only thing that hurts is the college campus which is not so big and the college area which is kherwadi located in bandra east.

The fee per year for the interior design course is INR 60,000 at the LSRSA, Mumbai. Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Candidate should have Passed SSC (Xth Std. of the new course with Mathematics as compulsory) of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent. OR
Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination from other recognized examination authorities out of Maharashtra State or Out of India and shall obtain an Eligibility Certificate from MSBTE through the process. Admission in such cases shall be provisional and shall be confirmed only after the acceptance of the enrolment form accepted by MSBTE.
