L.S Raheja School of Architecture was established in 1953 in Mumbai, Maharashtra by its parent trust “Bombay Suburban Art and Craft Education Society”. The courses offered by the college were previously recognised by the Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra. It is currently affiliated with the University of Mumbai and is recognised by the Council of Architecture and approved by the Government of Maharashtra.

LS Raheja School of Architecture offers full-time B.Arch degree course of five years duration as UG program. It also offers three years part-time Master of Architecture Landscape Program as Post Graduate Course. Apart from this, the college also offers two years full time or three years part-time Govt. Diploma Course in Interior Design and Decoration and Modular or School Certificate Course in Interior Design and Decoration.

To be eligible for admission to B.Arch Program, candidate must complete 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in PCM.
Admission to B.Arch Course is based on NATA score by CAP conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
To be eligible for Master of Architecture (Landscape) Course, candidates should have B.Arch Degree from a university recognised by COA and also two years of work experience.
Admission to Master of Architecture is done on the basis of merit and counselling by the institute.
For full time or part time Govt. Diploma Course in Interior Design, candidates have to appear for a Creative Intelligence Test (CIT) conducted by the college.
To be eligible, candidates should have passed SSC Examination (with Mathematics as compulsory subject) and should clear the CIT.
Admission to Govt. Diploma Course in Interior Design is done by counselling based on SSC result and CIT Score.
The college offers 13% reservation for SC candidates and 7% reservation for ST candidates.
For Modular or School Certificate Course in Interior Design and Decoration, candidates should have passed SSC or equivalent examination from any board.
Candidates who have completed or attended one-year course in Interior Design and Decoration from any institution will be eligible for direct admission to the Advance Module Three of School Certificate Course.
Admission for Modular or School Certificate Course in Interior Design and Decoration is done by counselling by the Institute based on SSC marks.
Candidates have to appear for an On the Spot Test conducted by the college during counselling.

LS Raheja School of Architecture B.Arch Admission 2024

L.S Raheja School of Architecture offers full-time B.Arch course of five years duration. It is affiliated to Mumbai University and recognised by the COA.

To be eligible for admission to B.Arch program, candidate has to complete 10+2 level or equivalent with 50% aggregate marks and also have secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Admission is done on the basis of NATA score by Centralised Admission Process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. For the vacant seats, admission is done on the basis of 10+2 marks and NATA score according to DTE guidelines.

LS Raheja School of Architecture Diploma Admission 2024

L.S Raheja School of Architecture offers 2 years full time or 3 years part-time Govt. Diploma Course in Interior Design, recognised by the Mumbai University and affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE).

For full time or part time Govt. Diploma Course in Interior Design, candidates should have passed SSC Examination (10th Standard with Mathematics as compulsory subject) of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent to be eligible.

Candidates have to appear for a Creative Intelligence Test (CIT) conducted by the college.

Admission to Govt. Diploma Course in Interior Design is done by counselling conducted by the college based on SSC result and CIT Score and 'On the Spot Test' conducted during counselling.

For candidates who have passed SSC from state boards outside Maharashtra or out of India, admission will be confirmed after acceptance of approval of enrolment form by MSBTE.

L.S Raheja School of Architecture offers part-time Master of Architecture (Landscape) for 3-years duration, recognised by COA and affiliated to Mumbai University.

To be eligible for Master of Architecture (Landscape) Course, candidates should have B.Arch Degree from a university recognised by Council of Architecture and also mandatory two years of work experience.

Admission is done for M.Arch course on the basis of merit through counselling process conducted by the college.

LS Raheja School of Architecture Application Process 2023

The application process for all the courses in L.S Raheja School of Architecture is in offline mode. For admission to NATA score for B.Arch, candidates have to apply through the respective websites of the conducting bodies.

Application Process for Part-time Master of Architecture (Landscape):

Collect the Application Form from the Institute Premises.
Fill up the Application Form and submit at the same address along with Application Fee (non-refundable) within the mentioned last date of submission.
Admission fee is to be paid only after selection via account payee cheque drawn in the favour of ‘L.S Raheja School of Architecture- M. Arch. Landscape’, payable at Mumbai.

Application Process for Govt. Diploma:

Collect the Application Form from the Office of the L.S Raheja School of Architecture.
The application form is issued along with prospectus after payment of application fee.

There's no cut off or entrance exam for this course. You can join if you have less percentage. You can find application form and all on ground floor of the college. Eligibility is that 10th should be complete.

One need to score very well in NATA entrance exam conducted on country level and once he/she passes and clears the entrance a average of the marks scored in NATA and 12th boards are calculated and selection is done on the basis of the college cut off list

It was an online process for the admission.I got admission through the cap round.you will get three chance to choose your desirable college through cap round process. ARC centres will be provide for you to have detailed information about the admission process for the course of architecture in particular college. If in first attempt you couldn't get the college of your choice then you can apply it for second time by choosing float option. it means that you want to choose another option and you don't want to stay with the college you got. After second chance you will still have third Chance to choose the college of your choice.

Average College

Admission:

When I got this college I booked a seat after two days. Its fees is not much. It will cost arround 80,000 per year. But it doesn't have any hostel accodomation. It is very difficult to travel to this college as there are no nearby hostels or PGs. Especially for girls. Few of my friends were so tired due to travelling only.
