21 Jun, 2025 Dr Baliram Hiray College of Architecture Mumbai has extended the Online Pre-Registration deadline for UG Admission 2025 upto June 27, 2025. Aspirants must register online @mu.ac.in/admission and should also submit the college application form separately. The merit lists will be released at the institute level if seats remain vacant. Dr Baliram Hiray College of Architecture Mumbai has released the First Merit List for PG Admission 2025. The selected candidates must pay the fees by June 21, 2025 (5 PM). Further, the Second Merit List will be out on June 24, 2025 (6 PM). For more details, Click Here.

15 Jun, 2025 NATA 2025 Schedule has been announced on the official website @nata.in for B.Arch Admissions. The registrations are open and interested candidates can apply till June. 29 May, 2025 Dr Baliram Hiray College of Architecture Mumbai UG Fee Structure 2025-2026 is out. The total academic fee is ₹ 4.5 Lakhs.

Dr Baliram Hiray College of Architecture Mumbai has also released PG Fee Structure 2025-2026. The total academic fee is ₹ 2.6 Lakhs.

Dr Baliram Hiray College of Architecture Mumbai 2025 will be conducted in both computer-based and offline modes across multiple centers from March 7, 2025, to June 2025. The online application process began on February 3, 2025, and candidates must complete their registration before the deadline. Registered applicants can download their NATA 2025 admit card by logging in with their credentials. Candidates can attempt the exam up to three times, and the NATA 2025 results will be released after each test. As the Council of Architecture (CoA) does not conduct centralized counseling, qualified candidates must apply separately to their preferred institutions.

Dr. Baliram Hiray College of Architecture, Mumbai was established with a mission to provide quality education at an affordable cost to the rural and urban people. Hiray College experience

this college has all the necessary facilities needed for learning the course. the highlight being the large enough library containing almost all the books you will ever need in ur architecture learning jouney.
then comes college events and workshops. there are many events that are held every year like TARASH, VISIONATA, MERAKI etc which are a really great opportunity for exposure,meeting new people amd learning new things.different workshops are held often

Dislikes

main would be the campus. It doesnt really have much of a campus. its just a building and a cafe area. theres no proper parking space for student vehicles either

Admission:

i got my admission to this college through the cap allotment system. in the cap allotment i applied for other colleges like SEA (mumbai), L.S Raheja (mumbai), Kamla Raheja (mumbai) and a couple more i cant recall with Hiray college being like the 5th of my preferance. Im a non maharashtrian so most of the colleges have majority seats reserved for maharashtra domiciles and my percentile was 70% in 12th which could be the reason why i was alloted this college. In my home state (kerala) i applied to colleges through KEAM entrance exam and was alloted to SCMS School of Architecture (Ernakulam). I took my admission there as cap allontment results hadnt been published at that time. i transferred from SCMS in kochi to Hiray college in Mumbai with expectations for better exposure and opportunities. the admission process was rather easy in my college. we just had to go there submit a few documents like cap allotment result, aadhar card, 10th and 12th marksheet, domicile certificate, income certificate (for fee waivers or EWS category students) etc, fill their admission form and pay the fees. overall cutoff of this college is rather low as ik a few of my have gotten admission even with just 60% in their 12th. the exam accepted for this course is NATA and the cutoffs for this course is calculated considering both 12th percentile and NATA score.

Far from bandra station..very time consumed in finding rikshaw

This college was pure related to architecture college unlike others if u compare other college they has only 2 floors of campus and some staffs which they call campus... The fee was very pocket freindly among other architect college The aligiblity is the same as coa criteria

Dislikes

The campus is a bit conjusted large class size makes it difficult to engage with professor and get personalized attention
It lacks green environment with limited outdoor spaces . Inconsistent or slow internet connection
Finding parking space on campus is challenging especially during peak times

Admission:

This college is the best architecture college. The college has a good reputation in the entire city. The college has a very good reviews about faculty on internet. I chose it for my bright future and also to live my college life in a good college where I can learn more.
