Remarks

Students need to give NATA and JEE paper 2 for the same and apply for admission through the college website/ Instagram, most likely to get admission based on the cut-off of the year. The college allows refund in case admission needs to be withdrawn without any hassle. The college campus where admission happens is also very accessible and the process isn't time-consuming. The college also provided a college tour before admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Architecture is a great way to explore art and Design, the faculty is approachable and helps you explore all aspects of the study, the exposure is far better in this college compared to any Mumbai University College. The Teacher to student ratio is 1:10 at all times. The examination process is very practical and not very tedious. The semester work though time and energy-consuming, is very interesting and keeps one engaged. There is time for personal leisure as well. All activities in college provide a great interface to learn. And the classroom conditions and facilities are very good.

Internships Opportunities

4

In internships, you directly work with designers and learn to create required drawings for the projects that might come up for them. Frequent site visits are part of the job that helps one understand the process of practice.

Placement Experience

4

5th year or 4th years students become eligible for placements. Package details vary according to job and practice, there are no packages per se. Most students get placement. My plans after my degree are to study master's in the same and study advanced literature and start my own written brand for Architecture ( A magazine).

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is around 4.5 to 5 lakh, although there are 2 trips every year, ac classrooms, a very good library and lazer cutting, 3d printing facilities, stationery facilities, and flexible timings. The fees are inclusive there is also a budget for student organization/events.

Campus Life

4

Bssa editorial website is run by students. This website publishes magazines and articles from colleges. The Instagram page has all college projects and events shared. Major clubs are Editorial, Multimedia, Cultural, Sports, Ideation. We also have college competitions and freescape fest for 2 days.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the architectural course because I love designing buildings. The teachers were good, and there weren't too many students in each class. They knew a lot about architecture and taught us in different ways, like drawing and going to see real buildings. The exams were fair and not too hard, but you had to study. Overall, I liked the course and learned a lot about architecture.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
