Remarks

Our college provides many facilities such as a library, well-maintained Infrastructure, canteen facility and many more. It has conducted many programs such as college fests.

Course Curriculum Overview

I took admission in Bachelor of Architecture. The course consists of the activity of design models of the building, preparing construction's blueprint and structure of building and land.

College Events

The events organized in our college some are Cultural fest, Workshops, Orientation program, Seminars, Health camp, Environment day, Freshers day etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of Bachelor of Architecture was around 408000 rupees annually but for the first-year fee was around 500000 rupees. The total fee was around 2132000 rupees.

Campus Life

There are organised curricular and co-curricular activities such as Kala Ghoda event, Foaid event, the Table tennis tournament, etc and students take part in those activities.

Admission

The admission is based on NATA, which is conducted by Council of Architecture. I have completed my intermediate examination with PCM and NATA after that, I got the admission in this college.

Most of the faculty have done their M.Arch. All faculty members are qualified and give their best. All together they help students for their overall development.

Placement Experience:

In VESCOA placement cell, its nice experience. There are lots of placement available last year. Students getting 100% of placement in college campus. My plan after getting the degree to exploring new building and visiting places.

Perfect infrastructure but more experience faculty needed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason i choose architecture because it fascinates me how a place can be developed into holistic place interests me . The curriculum has some good inputs but it doesn't make you industry ready extra efforts should be taken to learn advance softwares extra classes newer research etc discussion on advance technology becomes important in modern age how architecture is changing is not discussed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.

BSSA Mumbai - Review

Students need to give NATA and JEE paper 2 for the same and apply for admission through the college website/ Instagram, most likely to get admission based on the cut-off of the year. The college allows refund in case admission needs to be withdrawn without any hassle. The college campus where admission happens is also very accessible and the process isn't time-consuming.
