How is materials science & metallurgical engineering in MANIT Bhopal?

Materials Science and Metallurgy is a good branch. It has huge career prospects in R&D. One can also opt for higher studies post a B.Tech in Metallurgy. This branch deals with the science of materials. One gets to study the extraction of metals and their refining & purification. The Department of Metallurgy at MANIT Bhopal is quite good. Fees and Financial Aid:

The tuition fees is different for different category. If you belong to category less than 1 lakh per annum , then the tuition fees is 0, for more than 1 lakh but less than 5 lakh , the fees per semester is 21000 , and for more than 5 lakh it is 62500.

The fees ofmy callege and my course is one lakh fourty thosand and my hostel fees is fifty thousand admission fees is fourteen thousand and registration fees is nine thousand nine hundred and sc and st doesn't have tution fees.

I loved the college

1st semester fees : 63000 Annual mess fess : 27000 Hostel mess ( excluding mess ) per semester: 17000 No scholarships availed as of now. Although the college has asked to fill a scholarship form previously but no outputs as of now

Truth Outburst

I have paid an amount of 86,400 has my tution fees for this semester along with a hostel fee of 15,500 rupees. The mess charges are separarte and is 25,000. Mu category is general and I do not avail any kind of scholarship from the state or the institute so this is the actual amount that any normal student without fee waiver has to pay.

MANIT good or bad ?

the fee of the college is too high as a general student have to pay nearly 1.5 lpa which is very big amount for a middle class family but there are many scholarship for less income people so that you can easily persue your education

Fees structure is very reliable for the those students who belongs to reservation.family income less than 1 lac it's semester fees is about 6770.More than between 1 to 5 lac it's fees is 27000 and more than 5 lac it's fees about 69000.Reservation for sc,st candidates

Exciting college experience with a healthy competition.

Dislikes

Due to many exams ,lab and homework something students can't able to follow their side hustle
The academics are very stressful and little old

Due to a government-funded institution, the college is quite affordable as compared to some other private colleges. And the tution fee for reservation students ( sc, st) is free. The tution fee is about 32000-34000 and the hostel and mess fee is around 22000-23000 rupees for a semester.
