Exciting college experience with a healthy competition.

Yes most of the course here are relevant.there are some societies which give us practice experience regarding to that profession. The labs and workshops are well maintained with some morden gadgets. Yeah there are some issue like sometimes the behaviour of professors is intolerable.

There are many internships related opportunities are given to the students like industrial training , web development, computer coadings, designing, robotics etc which were help us to get ample amount of experience related to the real world.

The actual collage placements are started in 5-6th semester.If I will talking about the placement scenarios here, then I will say that it is very good specially for computer science students. An avg package is about 13- 15 lpa and the highest is 84 lpa.

Due to a government-funded institution, the college is quite affordable as compared to some other private colleges. And the tution fee for reservation students ( sc, st) is free. The tution fee is about 32000-34000 and the hostel and mess fee is around 22000-23000 rupees for a semester.

There are several societies that conduct some events. Our annual fest name is Maffic which is generally held at the end of the academic year. The technical fest's name is Technosearch which was held in the month of October. The infrastructure is not as good as compared to the private institutions. some buildings are quiet old .and some building is in the process of construction. There is a sports complex for sports activities.

The hostel facilities can be considered as average category.the main issue is related to the hygiene and the improper timing of water supply . The quality of Food in the mess is also okay. There are 3 students living in a single room which is not as good in the terms of comfortablity . In the beginning there were also some restriction due to ragging .but now , we are allow to go anywhere in the campus .

Well, the admission process was quiet good. of course, there were some issues regarding the delay and long waiting due to a large number of students. But at the end , everything was fine. Well to get addmission to my college, I have to clear an examination called JEE (MAINS) . The cutoff was about 82 percentile (for st candidates) and I got 89 percentile and got admission in metallurgy and materials science department. After the result of JEE advanced, the process of college counseling was started and we had to choose our desired institution according to our percentile. After the final result of college counseling, we got our college and for college admission, we had to come to the institution. Yes, there were some issues regarding the addmission process like some confusion related to unclear information, long waiting process, etc.
