All About Jabalpur Engineering College (jec)

College faculty is although very decent . Neither very high class nor very low . There were two midsem conducted throughout the semester and practical's & then after end semester examination conducted . In Industrial & Production Branch there is lack of enthusiasm . IP Branch department were also at back of college or we can say outside the college . Although IP is decent one for students.

There is lack of internship opportunity you get . You should get internship by your own . You have to make your skills for internship to get best opportunities & get your first paid internship program's . Although you should participate in various programs held in college and get your certificate fot that .

After the vivid there we see a lack of placement opportunities in branches . But , Because of college reputation you will easily get hired in various companies offcampus for high branches . There is lack of opportunities in core branches . Although the avarage package offered is about 4lpa to 6lpa for higher branches and a highest is about 52 lpa (2 years ago) . After getting the degree mostly students go for masters and also in IIT's or NIT'S for higher studies .

Fee structure of jec is very low for a General category candidate the semester fee is around 12k to 14k only , for a OBC candidate it's about 3k and for SC/ST there is no fee required . Jec gives you opportunity of various scholarships like MPTASS , MMVY , ASPIRE etc as a financial growth .

In Jec you will get fest only 1 fest in a year and also if possible. There is very bad curriculum activities in college . Library is decent although you will get various books to read in college & also you issue the books as your need . There is various group inside college like literary , karwaan , mediatech , jlug etc , chess , coding etc

If you wanted to get admission in JEC . Firstly , You must have given Jee Mains/Advance . After that your councilng proccess will start through mpdte . Jec Provides you Btech course in CSE , IT , EC ,AI&DS , Civil , EE , Mech , Mechatronics , IP Branch and also provide's Mtech as well MCA . Also , Other then the mpdte councling you should definitely get admission through CLC round (College level councling)if seats vacant .But , mostly not possible in higher branches .
