- I like the teachers like dr.sheena she is one of the best teacher here .
- Placements and internship opportunities are good. research support is also very strong. bangalore is nearby hence a lot of companies visit for campus placements
- Fees are somewhat high but a lot of scholarship opportunities are there for students, especially college fee is free for those whose annual income is less than one lakh and third for those less than five lakhs
Dislikes
- There was a lack of transparency while choosing college hostel.
- Hostel food is not good, actually veg mess food is not good at all
- There are not lot of thing which i dislike its just two which i mentioned above.

Placement Experience:
The placements ar pretty good, with top companies attending them. Companies such as Goldman Sachs, google, microsoft etc participate in them. The highest package goes around 56lpa, the average for cse being around 28lpa. 95% of them are placed.

- The infrastructure was really nice and clean
- Hostels and classrooms were looking great.
- Semester schedule was really nice and flexible.
Dislikes
- Food was little bit disappointing and I'm feeling bad on it.
- The boys to girls ratio would be around 4:1
- Girls are not soo beautiful and looking average.
Placement Experience:
As this was a good college, it provides good internship and placement opportunities from good companies globally. Placement packages were also great and the average packages were also nice. It was 27 lakhs for my branch.

- I like how our college provide every details about previous placement. And it will inform our current opportunities about placements.
- Our professors are very kind, They will answer every queries and they would really appreciate if we ask something about projects
- Our college provide free electricity for electric vehicles also and we have big library which have every books.
Dislikes
- Our mess food is not good as expected. But you can have food in food court or In night canteen Though.
- You should have laptop, because if you enter CCC no one would be there. So it would be boring to enter computer rooms.
- Some hostels looks old, you don't have balcony to see nature.
Placement Experience:
If you want good placement, better be have atleast 7 CGPA. Our college has bes campus placement. We have average package of 22 lakhs. Google Microsoft O9 solutions and many more companies comes. We have about 60 lakh of highest package. About 80 percent were getting placements. I don't have any plans after degree though securing job in good company is only my plan.

- I like college life beache and many more things. In my college there is good senior junior relationship.
- Their is tech fest called engineer and cultural fest called incident.
- College environment is decent there is healthy competition in academics
Dislikes
- I hate mostly exam dates. There is usually no gaps between tough subject exams.
- There is many group like telgu Tamil, north south people.
- College curriculum is tough and hectic. prof don't give you marks easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is relevant. There are some courses which relevency is more and some courses relevancy are less. The course curriculum is very comprehensive as well. Every couress in Nit K taught very deep and well.

- The indoor and out door games facilities are good

- Some of the rules during the exams are strict
- Proper dress code need to be followed daily.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As the generation is changing the ability of student to learn is also changing so based on the recent generation the curriculum is very aptly decided so that the students can learn easily and score good grade.
The exams are not very much difficult but can be scored good marks by studying 1 week prior to the exams

Placement Experience:
The placements are very good in this campus and the average is also very good for CSE and many more. The placements ratio is around 9 for 10 and very well maintained CDC for students . And students learn more from lecturers.

- There is a private beach to which only students are allowed
- There is Central Research Facility, which contains most advanced machines
- Auditorium which can accommodate around 1500 people at once
Dislikes
- Climate in NITK Surathkal is unpredictable
- NITK is very big around 300 acres which makes us walk around a lot but keeps us fi
- Personal vehicles are not allowed in the campus for students which creates a little difficulty to travel.
Placement Experience:
Placements are top notch in our college we have a legacy of more than 50 years in placement an average of almost 95% of the students get placed every year and there is 5% of students go abroad for mtech and other higher studies.

- It has good campus and have beach for getting fun and having good time .
- It has very good average package that will make every student happy .
- It is near to my home town and i can go and come easily and it is near to beautiful city Manglore
Dislikes
- Worst humidity, in summer time very hot we can’t able to survive here and in the rainy it’s too rainy that rain will not stop for an weaks together
- It doesn’t have an well maintained football ground that we can’t play football is nice way
- They are not allowing first year students to move outside after 7.30 pm , this practice is tilla the first two moths only
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year student are getting placed in our college , the companys which coming for an interview is good . They are giving more salary compared to other colleges and it is around 50 lack wich is highest package it is nit very high but our clg is ment for more average package which is around 25 lack it is quite good for the students because every one will get good amount for jobs, after completion of degrre I'll choose an good job and go on .

- Events and fests are conducted in a healthy and friendly envitonment.
- Fee structure is rather affordable even for mifdle class families.
Dislikes
- Hostels aren't that good. Space isnt enough for 3 people per room.
Course Curriculum Overview:
About the curriculum, I don't know much as I am still a first year student. But I get subjects that are taught here. It's understandable and pretty helpful for out future as well. We are also developing our skills through the skills being offered here.

- in hostel bath room qulity is not good so i not like it

NIT Surathkal is one of the premium engineering colleges in India. It has an amazing faculty pool with top-notch infrastructure. Many big companies visit the campus for placements. The campus is huge with all basic amenities like hostels, health care centers, sports facilities, etc. Students are provided with 24/7 internet facility and also basic facilities like water and electricity.
The campus life is very dynamic with many technical and cultural events taking place on campus. Your peers are mainly people who couldn't make it to IITs but are very talented. Moreover, you get to experience the breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea.
NIT Surathkal organizes one of the best Cultural Fest Incidents every year. Additionally, many startups have been founded and co-founded by NITKians which has improved the startup culture to a great extent. Ultimately, college is more about what you learn and experience!
