- The college is too strict with attendance,if a student’s attendance is below 85 he has to pay a fine of ?5000,?3000 and ?2000 and if the student has a less than 75% attendance then he/she is detained which is very wrong ~ Abhinaba Bhuyan, BA

- Christ University Bangalore has very well maintained and equipped classrooms . The classrooms have projectors and good benches.
- The professors are really experienced and have real world knowledge. The have worked in various parts of the world have know the ground level reality.They all have Phds and an average experience in teaching for 10 years.
Dislikes
- The strict working culture followed in christ university . We get no holidays and the attendence requirements are very high. It is 85% of attendence which can get really hectic.
- The bombarding of assignments in the first month of college itself with close deadlines.This could be hectic for most of the people and may face problem in time management
- The girl to boy ratio in my class is around 5:1 which is very low for a course like Bsc Biotechnology,Zoology.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum isnt only theoritical but also has lot of practical insights which helps us gain onfield experience and knowlegde.The course could have been made a little less hectic for the students and a bit of breaks could have been added in between them.The exams are really packed and we get a lot of assignments.

Placement Experience:
Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education.
I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.

- Timings of the college is more or less like school, difficult for day scholars especially in second year where classes begin by 7:30
- continuous lab tests, loaded with assignments, CIA's
Placement Experience:
students become eligible for placements only from the third year. companies come in prior for internship roles and smoe even offer PPO . Top recruiters are Salesforce, IBM, WellsFargo, Honeywell, Aspire systems, Infosys, Tcs, Wipro, Accenture, Aditya Birla, Cognizant, Capgemini. minimum package was 4.5 for 3 year ug programs with average of 6.0 lpa and highest of 20 lpa. 80% of them get placed across work roles such as HR Trainee , Full stack developer, management trainee, financial analyst.

- The faculty is amazing and the infrastructure too
- The campus is big and green with a lot of space
- The crowd is fun and well disciplined the uniform code really helps
Dislikes
- The attendance might be a little hectic and even the schedules
- Labs are mandatory and missing labs can lead to issues

The curriculum includes skill enhancement courses in the odd semesters and also has intership programs in the summer to gain industry or real world experience
The exams happen once in 2 1/2 months

- I got a lot of exposure and got the chance to interact with people from almost every state of the country. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming.
- There is a very huge library and you can find any book that you wish to read. They also get books that we demand from other campuses if it isn't available.
- Students can enroll in a lot of different clubs and participate in many cultural activities
Dislikes
- Students have to maintain a minimum of 85% of attendance overall to write End Semester Exams and 75% of attendance in a subject to write Mid semester Examsto write
- We have classes at 7 am and it is very cold in the morning at Bangalore
- Not all professors are experience much as this is a new course
Placement Experience:
Almost all students get placed if they have scored above 60% in their exams. An average package of 3 LPA is offered. Students can get placed after the 4th semester and usually get hired by the companies that had offered them internships in the first place.

- The infrastructure provides comfort and convenience. Every block has a vending machine, lifts, water cooler at every floor, projectors at every classroom.
- Plethora of clubs to choose from, which can help you not only in your resume but also gain credits for the end.
- Many cool hangout spots in college, eg, garden street, red benches, basketball bleachers. Many cafes and kiosks providing food at affordable prices.
Dislikes
- The crowd is definitely a mixed one. One can expect good and bad from the people around you.
- Attendance is very strict and looked upon. Some rules and regulations are always to be followed (ID card, dress codes)
- In a semester, you get 3 CIAs or continue internal assessments, which could be hectic for one.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is a double degree for botany and zoology. It is indeed under biotechnology, and helps gain an overall handful of experience that can help further in life.
The exams are held once every 3-4 months(mid sem) and every 5-6 months (end sem) along with other 2 CIAs (assignments/presentation/class tests)

- The is spread around 75acres filled with greenary, ponds , animals which makes it such a paradise to be at and Curated Bandstands and gallery adds on to that.
- The diverse student population will help u grow for sure at the end of the day and the faculty we had were really competent as well as really chill , which made them really approachable for anything
- They have really rigours academics which will really help you in the professional World and the holistic approach they follow really have a positive effect and The girls to boys ratio in our class was like 15 Boys and 105 Girls
Dislikes
- Their Strict dressing code and mandatory ID rules can get bit annoying
- Minimum 85% is required to give exams or your hall ticket won't get released
- The Guards in the campus have a lot of authority, so you gotta listen to them

In the course of psychology it's not use to just do Bsc , we have to go for Mphil atleast, so our department didn't bother much for placements, but still we got some for HR posting with the package of 4-5lakhs.

- Gives a lot of importance for every aspect of education and lets a student have experience of every aspect
- Real time experience is prioritised rather than theory
Dislikes
- Attendance is mandatory and has many rules applied to it
- Medical leaves get approved for rare conditions and need to submit extra activities
- Strict with hostel rules regarding curfew timings
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum provides real time experience and not just theoretical. It is designed in a way that every student has his or her own experience to oook at the issue with various perspective. It does help students a lot.

- Both the libraries have a wide range of books to choose from that cater to both ug and pg students
- All the faculty are very accomplished and have a wast knowledge of the subject

- Attendance is very strict and many people find it difficult to maintain
- Some of the faculty do not provide us with the ppt to study from
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placements from their 6th semester onwards
Many top international companies like Hyundai and Google visit the campus as well as Indian companies too
Im not sure about the highest package offered by companies but I have heard that it can go up to 7Lpa
Almost all students get placed 80-90%
Although getting placed right after a BSc degree is great it's probably a good idea to peruse a master's and maybe even a PhD

- The faculties are very approachable and guides us.
- Green Campus with very calm atmosphere and zero waste policy.
Dislikes
- Attendance policies are very strict and is seriously managed.
Placement Experience:
Most of the Campus placements in the college happen for BBA BCOM MBA and other courses which are management or IT based.
General sciences placements are very few.
Good companies like Deloitte, EY, BCG comes to college.
