Talking about the faculty at chirst are well trained , very professional and mean , straight reviews for everyone to get a straight jugdment . Getting yourself into christ is like signing up for an emotional roller coaster . The student to faculty ratio is quite common like how it is in schools , two class teachers are assigned and other subject teachers are there as well . The number of subjects and exams totally depends on the uniqueness of your course . subjects change every semester . All odd semesters are considered slightly difficult than the even semesters

I'd say in our campus the faculty is quite mixed. Depends on your course and luck.some are extremely supportive and would help you wherever needed while others are average. Course structure is fixed and fast paced so you gotta know how to catch up.

Expertise in the domain that they teach is must, otherwise Christ University won't appoint faculties. So, expertise, experience, hustle and grind is what all of our faculties have gone through and that is why they have earned respect which they should. Professors are all good but if one name is demanded I would name Poyuraja Sir as the best.

Student Snaps:

Faculty:

1. The faculty is easily accessible to students. In fact, the professors really do feel happy when the students come up with doubts to be clarified. They are happy to be there. 2. Name of the faculties that I liked - Priyanka (Business Statistics), Jimmy Thankachan (Organizational Behavior), Sangeetha (Strategic Financial Management), Rajesh ( Cost Management) - reason they are easily available even off the timings. They explain in a very clear manner. 3. All the professors are good. 4. Each semester will have around 5-6 papers and the difficulty level is medium. About 5% of the students in a class might fail. These exams are very relevant to the course curriculum as they come up with case study based question and answers and try to help solve a real case study developed from the course and also works in real life.

So the faculty to student ratio changes from department to department I think not sure about it but I am sure about the fact that they don't overlode the class room with students mostly it is 60 to 1 max not more than that and when it comes to my class like lab we are divided into to batches and also get required attention also we have a prof and a PhD schlor to guide us during the lab hours.

Faculty:

Faculty Members are very approachable in terms of carrer guidance and asking for doubts. Personally they are very fun to be with. In the 3rd semester they start something called as LCA course where the class gets divided into 3 halves which means 3 faculties for 1 class, this ensures that every student is being heard and understood. There are 3 types of exams: CIA , Mid sems and End sems. CIA is contibuous internal assessment. it is mostly assignment based like either you will have to do a case study or poster or a report. Mid sems are for 25 marks and end sem 50. 5 marks is for attendance as well. Lastly coming to marking scheme, so your result comes in terms of 4 CGPA.

Faculty:

Faculty in our college are highly qualified professors, and they have great teaching skills, there is a good faculty-to-student ratio of 1:15, that makes sure that every student is prioritized and given importance. The faculty is very approachable and gives a lot of importance to students. Some of the faculties I like are Ashwin Kunal sir, who teaches LLJP. There is no such faculty I don't like. The exam structure and the Exam system are governed by Office of Examination. The exams are divided into Continuous internal assessments, which include CIA 1, CIA 2, which is also known as mid-semester exams, and CIA 3. All three of them constitute 50 marks, and the other 50 marks is for the End Semester examination. The exams have medium difficulty, and students who fail give re-exams or compartment exams to pass the semester.
