in the kristu jayanti college the campus is very nice
in the kjc there is very big campus and the campus is very clean and very green
there infrastructure is very nice and there blocks faculty’ members is very good

Dislikes

in the kristu jayanti college the thing i didn’t like that the campus is little bit small
in the campus the social interactions like its not good
in this college the curriculum and the professional development is little bit not good

in the kristu jayanti college the course which i opted is msc microbiology and immunology in this college this course is very good the facility members there teaching way is very different and very nice.the curriculum is properly prepared for real world applications for further academic pursuits

My overall experience is satisfactory. Environment in the college is so good
There is a seperate hostel for boys and girls in the college campus only with good mess facility
Others thing related to teachers, teaching environment is good

Dislikes

The only thing i dislike is it is very hard to reach on time when we miss the college bus

College have good ambience, greenery and lake.

Psychology seemed interesting to me because i believe that by studying psychology we can go into mental health field and can help people those who are suffering from mental illnesses. The curriculum is very applicable and it will help us to put into effect in real world situations.

Why should I chose Acharya

Likes

Mainly the campus and the syllabus is easy for everyone
The teachers are friendly and they teach well in the class.
The teachers also helps after college when ever we have doubts.

Dislikes

The department is not that I expected. There isn’t any sinc in between the facilities

The course I choose is Psychology and I have interest in psychology. I believe that the curriculum is pretty good for my studies. The college isn't that much strict and we feel very comfortable while we are here. The teaching method is same as most of the colleges but some of the facilities have there own unique style of teaching.

Nice hostel and classroom life going on.
All stationary and eating places very close to department
Lot of greenary around department and pleasant weather too.

Lack of proper holidays to go back to my native

Continuinig in applied geology after my B. Sc. In geology. Student to faculty ration is around 3 students to 1 faculty. All faculty are either phd holders or persuing phd. Regular semester exam after 6 months and frequent internals in between.

Surrounding is good and people are very friendly as compared to other college. I felt more comfortable here and there is no such type of bad activities.
Till now I never felt any problem with my college and with this comfortable surrounding
Placement is also and i really wanna appreciate the faculty members as they do their best to improve us in our studies even out college has A++ IN NAAC

Dislikes

Infrastructure of this college is not that much good to attract young people and also it's kind of like a hospital
As per what I felt untill and unless you don't knw the language of this state you can't be friendly with everyone in your batch
We don't have any outdoor games that can be played freely here in this college as there is not space to play games and sports lack in this college

This course has a wide range of opportunity Faculties are good and enough faculties are there. All facilities are either Msc or PHd holder. Everyone has more than 10 years of teaching experience and all facilities are friendly and very cooperative. No exams are there for the admission process

I like the way faculty members interact with the students
Labs are maintained cleanly and practical labs are good

Dislikes

Literally i hate the washroom which are not good and there are broken mirrors and broken door.
Some of other department faculty members will be busy in doing reels in the staffroom itself which i didn't liked

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of the subject. Mainly I like the subject biotechnology it has many sub-subjects to study. Faculty members are not good but we should adjust. Students are approximately around 60. Faculty member's qualification is good but the way they teach is not proper because sometimes I don't understand the language itself. And there will be sudden tests and internals we won't get proper time to study only.

According to the reviews online, Bangalore University (BU) is an average university and is known to be deteriorating day by day.

Students are irritated by their evaluation system.
They tend to check the answer sheets carelessly.
The faculty never completes the syllabus.
The announcement of results is delayed quite often.
The condition of the campus is deteriorating and no action is taken to solve it.
There is a lack of core technical subjects in B.Com.

It is suggested that you do not go for BU, as it won't provide learning and understanding courses, topics and the concepts. It will be better if you opt for VTU instead.
