- The College haven't reduced syllabus for lateral entry students like other colleges it says that lateral entry students should writethe external exams too for m1 and m2 subjects

UVCE is a good college. And quite affordable as compared to other colleges. It provides a good education. There is only one problem and that is hostel allocation. They allocate colleges so late that the students have to wait and stay in pg and all and they have started college so early. And you can't find pg nearby so that's the only problem nothing else.????????

[ skill lab fees for kcet students is: 15,000
And for students coming from outside karnaraka is: 27,000]

If you go through Kcet, it will be mostly around 1.5L per year. And comedk 4L nearly. If you go through management, it is around 20L to 25L for complete 4 years. This is for core CSE branch.
Scholarship is available and there's a separate scholarship section where they help you to apply for scholarship online. It is SST scholarship. You can check the eligibility and all through google.

Fees is very high compare to pes Or RVCE it is okay but the bus facility in the campus varies from 65k-72k per year which is too costly. Then the hostel facility it's costly has gold for 4 sharing they are charging 1.98LPA in that 80k is the mess fee and in the girls it goes up to 2.5lpa and there are no scholarship if you are coming from DSAT Or COMED-K only scholarship is available for KCET that to be from govt of karnataka if your a outside Karnataka easily 5LPA in the college

- The only college in India where the yearly fee of student are below 50k. All the students have worked their ass of to get into this college so basically many are bookworms and smart brains as well.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I close information Science and technology. Reason for simple, looking at the next 10-20 years, technology would increase tremendously and I feel secure to avail tecnical computer knowledge. Even if college has all "the big name" and fame because it is 103 old college, it lacks in faculty and the knowledge that each professor is good but every knowledgable personalities cannot become good teacher. On other hand, the professors are highly qualified and everyone bags PHD with them. For us first semester exams started a little late because classes itself started late i.e., December 2022. Subjects were not so difficult ones and most of the things were already taught in 12th itself. Still we had to study a lot in order to make a good score. The difference between 12th and engineering was the huge syllabus gap. To put it easy to understand, each subject had hardly 5 chapters and it was a tough phase for students to cover up all 5 before the day of exam.

There will be 4 fests in one year 2 cultural and 2 technical fests that will be amazing and many events will be organised. Apart from studies, there are many extracurricular activities you can take part in them and many clubs are there if you are interested you can join them. There will be one scholarship from COLLEGE ALUMINI you can apply for it and other government scholarships also you can apply.
