the course curriculum of the college is quite elaborated in every way possible and includes not only the theory part but also the practice that is important in this career of being a lawyer, exams are conducted at end of every semester.
in my opinion the course curriculum is very vast as it is a 5 year course that covers from the basic and initial point to the professional topics. it gets narrow as it gets farther. the exam structure of the college is just like other colleges.
The course curriculum is so good and interesting to study. The students take interest in this course. The exams are conducted in the end of the year as it is a one year course. It is a post graduation course.
The curriculum is designed in such a way that it appears much challenging to the student. All of the content is chosen based on the extent to which it caters to bringing out students who will be successful law practitioners, teachers and business people. The syllabus is built around the different domains of law with a significant focus on economics. In addition to our regular lectures, many a time we receive guest lectures from the renowned law practitioners of the country. We also have periodic visits to courts and central prison which is a definite plus and golden feather in the course. End semester examinations and short tests throughout the semester are the basis of evaluation here.
It was the place where all of my law started. College is always busy making us the perfect as so us . I was mostly used to be busy and stuck into schedules but also got to take up the time and chill. I was never ever terrified by the schedule it was so calm and can be easily managed.
Here we have the LLM programme with five specializations, namely constitution and Legal order, corporate and commercial law, labour and employment law, human rights and environmental law and criminal law. The curriculum design incorporates up to date developments and can be considered to be somewhat challenging. It is designed to rear students to be successful in law practice, public service, litigation, business and teaching. We have consistent exposure to moot court activities, trial court, seminars, workshops, conferences which helps in moulding us to become efficient lawyers. Research and project work is another area that receives considerable focus and we are constantly encouraged to develop our research potential. Modern legal practice is in a path of ongoing change and hence the curriculum designed here is perfect for enabling the student to adapt to these ever-growing changes. At the end of every semester, there is an end semester examination and throughout the semester there will be quizzes to test the student's learning process. Internships are also incorporated throughout the syllabus which adds to the evaluation process too.
It principally focuses on law with financial matters having clear basic game plan of ideas from year 1 it has ideal gathering of different laws built appropriately in order to give lawful information successfully it isn't riotous for understudies anyway requests part of reality for course.
We were not given an entrance test, but the choice was strictly merit-based. 52% of my board exams are science student, one of the oldest and most prestigious law colleges in the country. The college integrates BA-LLB and offers a full-time LLB course for five years. The college is one of the best law colleges in our state in a peaceful and tranquil environment.
The curriculum for the course is designed ideally by the department which will help students like me to grasp important knowledge regarding law and management with various topics that will help us in our career. Besides, assignment and viva are conducted frequently by the university.
The course is for 5 years. The syllabus is well organised and many important legal subjects like constitutional studies are well explained. The exams are conducted and semesters are held every year. The evaluation is also done correctly.
