- The faculty of our department is very nice. they have very strong knowledge of the subject and also they are involved in very good research project.
- Yes college also provide many scholarships to students and they were too helping.
- "hillfair"-this is the cultural festival of the college two unforgettable nights filled with fun, joy, laughter, entertainment, learning, bonding, interacting with batchmates as well as seniors for the overall growth.
Dislikes
- The placements of my college have became quite bad gradually, and they have fallen quite badly .
- Hostels and their washroom are in pathetic condition. mess food is also not up to the mark . overall hostel condition is not good. almirah and chairs are broken ,
- Teachers and staffs are bit of biased to the himachal pradesh

- Natural beauty of the college is unmatched.
- Good infrastructure is there. Each departments have their own buildings with proper equipments and more
- A lot of destinations to roam around in the free time

- 75percentage of attendance is mandatory for students.
- Teachers do not focus on student's performance.
Placement Experience:
A clear picture is not shown to the website of my college as well as student studying at it. However after consulting through our seniors, we get to know that various big companies visits our college. The highest package is about 60 lakhs but average is around 10 lakhs

- Campus is really nice , the weather is also good here
- Faculties are helpful, most of them teach really well
Dislikes
- I feel the time table is really packed.
- In lab sometimes they don't have working equipments, ic's not working or either the breadboard and it really irritates
- 75 % compulsory attendance, not just me but no-one likes it
Placement Experience:
Its the 3rd year when the company starts to come in college i won't say many companies visit but decent amount of companies do visit.

- the infrastructure is good enough, classrooms are equipped with most of the things that a student requires
- the campus size is quite apt for carrying out various activites, like sports, start gazing etc
- the course curriculm is affiliated with the new education policy introducing all the useful subjects
Dislikes
- the transportation connectivity is quite bad due to cabs get really overpriced
- the administration is quite corrupt in some domains
- there is no wifi service available over the whole campus
Placement Experience:
The placement stats are quite good for branches like cse,ece. the only problem is the location of the campus,which is located close to hamirpur town. The transportation connnectitvity to this region is quite limited and far away from IT hubs.

- I dislike only exam of national institute of technology hamirpur

Placement of national institute of hamirpur is good for computer science average package is 12lakh for electronics and communication its average package is 10lakh and its highest package is around 60lakh

- Campus is at a really great location and infrastructure is also really good.
- A huge library and various reading rooms are available for studying .
- Various other facilities like sports, gyms, shops are available inside campus
Dislikes
- Course needs to be much more practical based rather than theory.
- Course duration is too fast at the start and sometimes we dont get time for ourselves.
- Placements are not that great here and most of big placements take place off campus.
Placement Experience:
Btech studens in their 7th semester and Dual degree students in their 9th semester are eligible for sitting in placement drive.
Various tech companies like amazon, flipkart, nvidia, google and other major companies come here every year for placements.
Highest packages are around 5000000 - 6000000 rupees and avg packages are around 1200000 - 1500000 rupees.
Nearly 60 - 70 percent students get placed every year and others who dont get placed try for offcampus placements.

- The clubs system and how easy it is to connect with seniors
- Campus infrastructure is quite above average
- The role director system which promotes mentorship
Dislikes
- It is situated in a very remote area near a village
- Vehicles are not allowed to students here
Placement Experience:
Final year becomes eligible for campus placement and some of company visits here are samsung,ibm,tcs highest package in ece branch was around 40-50 lacs last 2 years and average is around 9-10 lac.i am thinking of pursuing game development

the students are eligble for campus placements in final year although they can sit for internship oppurtinites.
there are various no of companies and oppurtinites in campus . the average campus placements ranges from 10-15 lakhspa

Remarks:
Regarding infrastructure and facilities it is a premium college but its location is little bit disadvantageous for it. Due to its location most of the companies rarely visit here. But if u have caliber then offcampus job is good option.
