NIT Hamirpur B.Tech Mechanical Engineering: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Fees is around 80 k per semester for people belonging to general category, It is around 40 k per semester for people belonging to category with family income between 1 lakh to 5 lakh and it is around 20 k for people belonging to SC/ST or with family income below 1 lakh. Apart from them we also have various types of scholarships for people belonging to home state as well as other state and students can avail that by signing in the national scholarship portal.

odd sems and even sems fees generally varies and also there is different fees for diffrent castes like GEN,SC,OBC,ST and In GEN caste there is a division on the basis of income like if income is less than 1 lakh , between 1-5 lakh and full fee for greater than 5 lakh generally for 1 lakh income aroun 14k per sem and for 1-5 lakh around 33k per sem and above 5 lakh around 75k per sem.

1st year - 20000 2nd year- 15500 3rd year- 14780 4th year - 12500 yes, I applied for a scholarship but did not receive any amount from Samaj Kalyan. all four years I applied but did not get any penny from the Samaj Kalyan scholarship. I never understood the procedure to get these scholarships because some of the students got the scholarship for all year.

my annual fees is 70000 but i have availed a scolarship to reduce my fees, the normal annual fees is around 150000. also if the income of the family is significanlly low the fees is ffurther reduced. my college also promotes availing government schemes for students to get some scholrships, almost all the students who need a scolarship get the scolarship.

The total fee I pay is Rs.41933 per semester. The tution fee for the student of open category is Rs. 62500 per semester and one time institute charge is Rs.13000 only in 1 semester and per semester institute charge is Rs.21100.The total fee for open gategory is Rs. 96600 for first semester and Rs.83600 for the rest semesters.The tution fee for the student whose family income is between Rs.1Lakh to Rs.5 Lakh per annum is Rs. 20833 per semester and one time institute charge applicable at the time of admission only is Rs13000 and per semester institute charges is 21100,the total fee for 1 st semester is Rs.54933 and for rest of semesters is Rs.41933 per semester. The tution fee for the student whose family income is below Rs.1 Lakh per annum is Rs.0 and one time institute charge applicable at the time of admission only is Rs.13000 and per semester institute charge is Rs.21100,The total fee for 1st semester is Rs.34100 and for rest of semesters is Rs.21100.The tution fee for the SC ST and PH student is Rs.0 ,one time institute charge is Rs.13000 and per semester institute charge is Rs.21100,the total fee for 1st semester is Rs.34100and for rest of semesters is Rs.21100 per semester.

The fees structure varies to the students having category reservations and etc.... Like for a students having no reservation the fees structure is like 40000 for hostel and course fees is total.For ews having annual income more than than 1 lakh -5 lakh have some scholar ship on course fees,and for the students having ews less than 1 lakh has full scholarship on course fees. And full scholarship for sc,st and OBC category students.

I paid 1.5 lakh for 1st sem including hostel fees 40k And my friends those recieved reservations paid their fees as per their criteria... Scholarship are there for children of ews and sc st.. As you should have your family income below 1lakh or 5 lakh

The fee structure for btech is 96600 for 1st semester in which 62500 is tuition fee,13000 is one time institute charges which are taken at the time of admission only which include admission fee, identity card, fee convocation fee, department society membership fee ,student safety insurance fee, institute caution money , and per semester institute charges are 21100 for sc/st one time institute charges are 13000 and per semester institute charges are 21100 and tution fee is 0

I have to pay 45000 rupees per year as my family income is less than a lakh per year. A general category student has to pay 180000 rupees per year. And the hostel fees is same for everyone that is 25000 per semester.

Fee structure is very very high not very very much I is very very high. for general with no reservation we have fee structure of about 62500 there is two third fees remission for PW student and 0 tuition fees for SC student and SC student very beneficial for SC student general student are roasted everywhere
