The campus at the foothills of the himalayas and surrounded by greenery everywhere is very peaceful to the mind.
Dislikes
The sports facilities are below par and no focus on budding youth to push them to these fields.
There are cafes and eateries in the campus but very limited and do not offer much choice to students.
Difficult to find time for various activities other than studying in this hectic schedule.
Placement Experience:
The university placement cell is very inactive and students do not prefer to take jobs from there as the offers are very dull and low.
Most of the students prefer to prepare for government job exams or pursue their higher studies after graduation.
Only small companies come with vague offers and the average package is merely 300000 per annum
The library is a heaven for literature enthusiasts and curious minds alike. The amount of different types of books ranging from different subjects is fascinating. It is too much knowledge even for the best
The university campus is a joy to just be in, the atmosphere is a blessing to breathe in. At the foothills of the Himalayas surrounded by greenery all around.
Various seminars and conferences and other events happening all year round predominantly related to agriculture, help you have a better exposure and learn more.
Dislikes
The faculty, though very knowledgeable and we'll versed in their subjects are still just researchers and scientists focused more on their own work and lack the distinct art of teaching.
The infrastructure is below par compared to magnitude of students that keep on adding every year. Though there are new lecture theatres in construction, but they will take time to complete.
No internship opportunities or other social groups and stuff are provided for a better exposure and learning opportunities to students.
Placement Experience:
The college has a placement cell but the students are not interested in college placements as the packages offered by companies that come for college placements are very low par. Othe career opportunities like a government job, administration, banking a specialised MBA in agriculture, or pursuing masters are more luring for the students as they provide better opportunities bothe financially and also in terms of personal growth.

This course offers diverse and extensive knowledge in the area of basic sciences that is otherwise not available in any other course. The college had a good 1 faculty per 5 students to have a good relationship with the students towards the understanding of the subjects. The facilities were well-qualified with most of them having doctorates in the area where they are teaching. Exams were conducted biannually.
Because it is best in our locality and the teacher's are very calm and we understand our topics easily we can take admission by submitting the application and then by giving a test based on our past studies
