The students became eligible for campus placements after the second term of the first year, and many companies visited the college for various roles, providing great opportunities for the students.
The campus life is great here, cultural celebrations ,movie nights,and informal gatherings,there various clubs and committes here like voice ,readers and writer and oragnon and many more,the classroom and library infrastructure is top notch
Fee structure is fixed and there is scholarship opportunity for top rankers.

Dislikes

The college is situated outside the Rohtak city and there is no market nearby. Also the transportation to the city was bit of a problem.
Sports infrastructure was not a big focus, gym equipment were outdated and the ground was very poorly maintained.
The hostel rooms were double sharing, they were apt for single person but for two people the rooms were not enough. Also there was space for just one almirah in room we had to share it.

Vast learning opportunities under expert faculty and environment

This program offers a chance to get industry exposure at a young age as IPM students are required to complete 2 internships and 1 research project before the end of their BBA. This gives them a head start and also helps in building a good CV.
The courses in this program are taught by top visiting faculty from various reputed institutes such as IIFT, IIIT, IIM, and so on. Moreover, certain courses are also taught by foreign faculty thus giving students an opportunity to learn from the best
The campus is around 200 acres big and offers plenty of facilities such as badminton courts, gym, carrom room, table tennis room, and much more. They also have a huge library with various resources and software installed in their available laptops

Dislikes

The campus is situated quite far from the main city and requires the use of rickshaws or shuttle to reach there as basic necessities which are urgently needed might not be available in the small shops which are present outside the campus
The male to female ratio in the fourth and fifth years are highly skewed with 80% of the population being female for the MBA term of 2024-2026
The administration is strict regarding leaves and attendance, requiring minimum 80% attendance in lectures and yoga attendance in order to be eligible to apply for an outstation leave. If attendance drops below that rate then you will be given an F.

Placement Experience:

Internship help is offered during the 3rd year of BBA and good companies such as Zomato and JLL have visited campus for this. During the 4th year, summer internship processes start within a month of the beginning of the academic year. The placement committee functions transparently and honestly while aiming to ensure 100% placements. Most of the students succeed in getting placed. For internships, top companies like EY, Capgemini, DE Shaw, DCM Shriram, Tata AIA, etc visit the college and the highest package offered was for around 4 lakhs for 2 years with many of the companies offering PPO's. For the 5th year, final placement processes take place and achieve 100% placements. Top companies like Mercedes, Amazon, Aditya Birla Capital, etc visit and highest package was around 50 lakhs with the average package being around 19 lakhs. Roles are majorly offered in the field of marketing and strategy.

A complete overview of IIM Rohtak

Likes

The opportunities they provide to the students even for the under graduate in terms of internships.
Peer groups here are very good because everyone here have some kind of uniques knowledge and skills.
Faculties here are excellent because here maximum of them are visiting faculties who came from different countries and University’s having a great experience and expertise in their field.

Dislikes

Hostels here are not that good because its four sharing and a but conjusted.
Student council have dissolved all the clubs and communities because our senior batches had don something wrong without permission.
The college is more academically inclined rather than overall development.

Placement Experience:

Iim rohtak have 100% placement as they claim in their every placement reports. In 2023-2024 207 recruiters came to campus and there was 95 students from IPM batch and 226 students from PGO batch with average work experience of 22 months got the average package of around 19.6 lakhs and media CTC is -around 17.2 lakhs with 48 lakhs is heightest package offered at the campus. And the most jobs offer came from the marketing and strategy field and the highest average package offer from the field of Products management and IT operations which is of 25.6 LPA. My plan is to getting placed at first to gain some industry experience and launching my own startup after that.

IIIM Rohtam Review

Likes

The curriculum is surely rigorous, especially in the last 10 days of a term.
The campus life is surely worth it you meet a diverse range of people

Dislikes

Some things have a room of improvement considering the fees structure

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are a part of the PGDM portion when the undergrad is completed multiple good companies come to the campus although I can't tell more information regarding the same due to confidential reasons

IIM Rohtak - a campus full of opportunities!

Likes

Diversity in the campus, you'll meet people of various backgrounds. Good for networking.
Great placement support by the college's placecom.
Various clubs and committees, and the whole college is run by them.

Dislikes

The fees is too high as compared to other colleges of the same league.
100% attendance policy, good for discipline but it is hard to maintain.
Too much diversification in courses, they even have IPL programme.

Placement Experience:

The placement committee of IIM Rohtak is very hard working, even if by any chance you're not able to get placements, the committee will assist you and give off-campus opportunities as well. They offer 100% placement for the batch. Currently the average package is INR 19 LPA, highest 42 LPA.

IPM - Unlocking a Myriad of Opportunities

Likes

The campus is vast and green and also filled with a positive vibe.
The diverse Courses available in the IPM Program provides an opportunity for holistic development.
There are tons of live projects and internship opportunities available at the end of each year, allowing industrial exposure.

Dislikes

Yoga classes in the morning is something that is not appreciated
The schedule sometimes gets bit too hectic giving no time for other activities.
No good places to visit nearby, so we need to travel a lot to have fun.

Placement Experience:

The recent global recession has affected the current job market. However, the placement committee, along with the cooperation of other stakeholders, has managed to continue the legacy of securing a 100% placement for the entire batch. The details will be out soon.

Here's what one of IIM Rohtak's students has to say about his two years there.

It all began with Aarambh. Then it just kept going. Classroom exercises, club and committee meetings, management summits, event planning activities, case discussions, last night studies, and sports activities are all part of the program. With so much going on, it's difficult to keep track of the tide.

There were both highs and lows. Those two years were a roller coaster ride of laughs, tears, sweat beads, hugs, and other emotions. It's amazing how a group of (almost) like-minded people transformed from friends to family.

Everyone played a role. Everyone contributed significantly to the batch's ecosystem in some way. Most importantly, everyone made life bearable. Those 20 months instilled in him a sense of responsibility for his job, family, and society as a whole. There were complications. There were disappointments. The journey was not easy. But it was a worthwhile journey, one that changed him for the better.

IIM Rohtak provides a credible CRISIL audited report, is one of only four IIMs in the country that are CFA affiliated, benefits from its close proximity to the national capital, offers some of the best live projects from the Delhi NCR, has completed ten years, and is now eligible for all firms.

It has its own residential, lush green 200-acre campus in Management City, Sunaria, which provides the best diversity to recruiters and guarantees 100% placements for the batch. The big four actively recruit there, and it has world-class, digitally smart classrooms. It also has the highest faculty-to-student ratio and the greatest media reach of any CAP institute.

After going through the course of Project Management outline on the internet, it is a decent certificate course. Let me tell you the reason behind making this statement.

Syllabus - They teach everything, from financial analysis, risk management, executions, monitoring, and control. These topics should be well acquainted by a project manager.
Faculty - The sessions are conducted by highly experienced faculty members of the college.
Curriculum - Even after having the same course outline, IIMs stand out due to their unique curriculum.
Peer Learning - Being an executive course, most of the students there have work experience. This becomes an amazing networking opportunity.

The certificate provided is from a reputed institution. It is recognized nationally. As it is an industry-oriented course, you will get several opportunities and it will also add value to your resume. Try to comprehend the concepts in it and use them in your day-to-day life activities.

There are a lot of parameters the answer to this question can be divided into the following points.

Infrastructure: The quality of the infrastructure has grown over the years after a few initial setbacks. As the constructions are new, IIM Rohtak looks larger than life. It has a fully functional sports facility. There are air conditions in the hostel rooms.
Administration: The administrative staff has the final authority for accepting and rejecting a suggestion. The decisions made by them are not always met with enthusiasm by the students, however, but the staff is indeed a strong presence.
Academics: The academics in IIM Rohtak are rigorous only in the first year. Like every other IIM, the pedagogy is centered on application. There is a shortage of faculty and with that, the problem of faculty retention. The courses are taught by visiting professors from other IIMs, from other countries, etc.
Peer group: The campus of IIM Rohtak is diverse and helps in addressing the looking down on women in the corporate world. The people you are mingling with influence you a lot. You will come across very intelligent people in your tenure as a student and also very naïve students.
Placements: The positions offered to the students during placements are sometimes more or less similar to the positions offered by another institute. Roles offered by IIM Rohtak are better than the ones that are offered by other institutes.

The institute is also unfairly associated with Haryana by the locals. For that reason, IIM Rohtak gets negative press. The people are helpful but they can be rude more often than not.
