DAIICT Gandhinagar provides both Merit & Merit-cum-Means scholarships to students of its Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. DAIICT Gandhinagar DA-IICT Scholarships to M.Sc (Data Science) Students
Throughout the course of the M.Sc. (Data Science) program, meritorious students are recognized with the M.Sc. (DS) Merit & Merit-cum-Means Scholarships. Following the announcement of the semester results, the scholarship will be given out semester by semester starting in the second semester. DAIICT Gandhinagar UG/PG Cybage Khushboo Scholarships
The Trust has instituted Merit-cum-Means Scholarships at DA-IICT for economically backward students. Five Scholarships is provided per academic year starting the academic year 2020-21 to the students of B.Tech. (ICT), M.Sc. (IT), M.Sc. (DS) and M.Des. (CD) programs. The amount of the Scholarship shall be limited to 80% of the tuition fee a student pays in a semester. Hostel fee and any other fees or expenses will not be covered under the scholarship. The gross annual income of the student’s parents should be less than INR 3.00 lakh.
DAIICT Gandhinagar M.Sc. (IT) Scholarships
The M.Sc (IT) Merit & Merit-cum-Means Scholarships are awarded to reward meritorious students of the M.Sc (IT) program through the duration of the program. The scholarship will be awarded semester-wise beginning from the second semester after declaration of semester results. They will be awarded based on SPI obtained in each semester. DAIICT Jai Jhulelal B.Tech Merit-cum-Means Scholarships, effective from the academic year 2022-23, are awarded to reward meritorious students of the B.Tech (ICT), B.Tech (Hons.) and B.Tech (MnC) Programs throughout the duration of the program. During the course of the academic year 2023–2024, meritorious students enrolled in the B.Tech (ICT), B.Tech (Hons.), B.Tech (MnC), and B.Tech (EVD) programs will be recognized with the Satnaam WaheGuruji B.Tech Merit-cum-Means Scholarships. After the results of the first semester are announced, the scholarships will be given out semester by semester starting in the second semester. The institute offers scholarships to meritorious students enrolled in the B.Tech. programme. The scholarship would be continued semester-wise for a maximum of eight semesters. The scholarships depend upon the minimum SPI the student obtains every semester. The following are the guidelines for awarding scholarships:

The Institute awards the merit-cum-means scholarships to deserving meritorious students. The scholarships are offered to the ten students with the highest ALL India Rank in JEE Main. Five admitted students with the highest ACPC merit rank are subjected to a mean test. Students should obtain DE for letter grades or P grade for all courses with P/F grades. The Minimum SPI is collected every semester to choose the scholarship recipient.

A scholarship of equal value to Rs 70,000/ per is awarded every semester (maximum eight semesters). There will be only five scholarships awarded in total to the students with the highest SPI

The awardee should not be the recipient of any other scholarship from the Govt. of India / State Government / any other private agency.

- The first thing I disliked is that there is no attached bathroom with the room. As per the name of the college in the country
- Also DAIICT has a slightly hectic and challenging curriculum. It definitely keeps you super busy everytime.

The fee structure at DAIICT is as follows : (Per semester 6-months) 1) Academic fees - DAIICT has a total of Academic fees (B.tech ICT) of Rs.106500 per semester. This academic fee is the cumulative sum of three types of fees. 1. Group Medical Insurance - Rs.1500 -- 2. Registration Fees - Rs.2500 -- 3. Tution fees - Rs. 102500. - Student culture is great. Lots of acitivities on campus. Junior senior relations are very helpful and genuine.
- College festivals. Synapse, i.Fest, Tarang and Concours have really uplifted the image of DAIICT in Gujarat.
Dislikes
- Curriculum is very strict. The courses taught by the professors sometimes are too advanced and complex to understand.
- It is extremely difficult to get/maintain 8+ GPA as faculties are really strict while submitting grades.

So the per semester fees is approx 1.25 lakhs (25000 + 75000) where hostel and academic included. The btech students have a mandetory hostel stay. There are few scholarship like mysy you get and regarding placements and internship many teir 1 and 2 companys come here like google, Microsoft, goldschs, etc.
