Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is better than other colleges as in this curriculum, it does not require to study all the subjects in my first year as they do in other colleges. DAIICT only focuses on the subjects which are relevant and important for the students.
Internships Opportunities
Every year companies visits our campus and offer internship opportunities to the students of third year. If they perform well, then they also get an opportunity to convert their offer into a full time opportunity.
Placement Experience
The campus placements are relatively better than other colleges in Gujarat. Companies visited campus every summer and offer internship and full time opportunities to the third and fourth year students respectively.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is divided into certain terms like tution fees, hostel fees, registration fees. Yes, there are scholarships too like Mysy scholarship which also helps students who really want them to pursue their degree.
Campus Life
As there is a compulsory hostel system at DA-IICT, here the students living in hostel interacts more and also there are extra curriculars activities which includes baadminton, football, cricket, basketball, table tennis, chess, and all other sports.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good. There are different types of rooms in terms of sharing like double sharing and triple sharing. There is a common washrooms and also have TV room in case someone wants to watch
Admission
The admission is on the basis of the rank of the student in ACPC and JEE. The rank should be in top 150 students in ACPC and top 14000 students in JEE to get admission in DAIICT. The admission process in my case was smooth enough to ensure everything.
Faculty
Faculties at DA-IICT are good and co-operative. They are interactive and have a PHD degree. They are well versed in their domain and hence becomes easy for the students to understand certain things. Also, the hostel culture helps.
