Indus University offers B.Tech as its flagship course. B.Tech has 14 specialisations. Some of the popular B.Tech specialisations are Aeronautical Engineering, CSE, and Computer Engineering. Indus University fees for these specialisations are the same, that is, INR 4.62 lakhs. Previously, it was INR 4.04 lakhs, which has now increased. Apart from that, MSc is offered in 7 specialisations, with Cybersecurity and IT being the most popular specialisations. Previously, the fees for Cybersecurity and IT were INR 2.1 lakhs and INR 1.7 lakhs, respectively. Now the fees are increased to INR 2.69 lakhs and INR 2.25 lakhs, respectively. The class size is about 45, and the total fee is INR 4.6 lakhs. The internship and project work are well-supported. The placement department helps students to get good opportunities and stipends. Scholarships such as MYSY and Digital Gujarat are available, and admission is direct for students with over 50% in HSC. Classrooms have projectors and good seating, and campus events like group day, traditional day, and Navratri are celebrated. Indus University Admission 2025

Indus University offers BTech admissions through both merit and entrance exams, depending on the course. Students should first check if they are eligible, then apply either through the ACPC or directly to the university. Admission to the BTech programs requires an intermediate or equivalent qualification with a minimum 50% score in the Science Group.

For some programs like BTech, MTech, and MBA, students may need to pass national or university entrance exams like JEE Main, GATE, and CAT, respectively. For BTech, the university also accepts GUJCET, which is a state-level entrance exam in Gujarat. The university also conducts entrance exams like IUMAT, IURAT, and IUDAT (IDT) for admission to MBA, PhD, and BDes, respectively. Indus University conducts personal interviews for some selected courses. The university releases a list of shortlisted candidates after the selection process. I had experienced a lot in my indus university as a fresher one

Likes

I like the education facilities and computer labs
I liked the faculties teaching skills and their understanding nature.
I like the college maintainance very neat and clean places having many affordable canteen and tea post also nestle store in campus.

Dislikes

No cleanliness in college canteen and food is not so good but mess food is yummy.
The College cricket and football ground is not so maintained and not much facility to play something
Big classes are survival of fittest. A lot of people fail them. In that class 100/120 probably fail to attend lecture very attaintively. the classboard are still chalk board but having small screen of projector

Student view on course curriculum

Nowadays, the demanding for the ai and computer system technology is increasing day by dy and by choosing computer science this gives me an huge apportunity at this time. By choosing this stream and course give me an infinite knowledge and keeps me update to this futuristic world technology. The university and colleges are built in big cities and very developed area the people lives in rural and small area people have more difficult to go their so it should be made in specific area The frequency and timing of exams its depend on your concentration and attention about your study.

By the way I am still in 1st year of btech no much information of placements and internships but i had studied about it before tsking admission. The Average placements is 6.8 lpa as I research from online website The highest packacge is 25 lpa By scoring 8/9 cgpa rank you get better opportunities and get more chance to select for job in big companies. My plans after my graduation degree i am planning to move abroad for my next degree of master of technolgy in best universities of usa.

Yearly fees structure and scholarship

I pay 111500 per year to university for my cse btech course Tuition fees for 1 sem is 50400, the library fees deposit is 3000, the exam/registration fees for 1 sem is 4050, the application form fees is 350. I belong to open catogery so i had to paid above mentioned fees and for other category who get admission though their obc/st catogery have less fees. The Gujarat government have approach scholarship name pm yashasvi in digital gujarat website which we acn applied.

Student views on the faculty and exams

the faculty members still i met they are very good in nature and very freindly natire you can share everything and they are very helpfull. I like the Dr. AD DHASS He teaches Basics of energy to us and they are very good in nature and they teach very understandingly. Still I am in sem 1 so didnt meet to many other faculties so i cannot judge any faculty easily. there are two exam in 1 sem one is mid sem of 40 marks and another the end sem exam of 100 marks. approx 13/14 student have get back in end sem per class.

Admission process of the college

I had applied to Lj institute university but due to my low merit rank i did not get admission but still one more college I had choose and compare my college I studied in Indua university right now I visit to gandhinagar university (git) and had compared I had compared them first of all with their Average packages I got more in indus so its most beneficial point another the campus had huge difference indus have great one then the git and faculty are better in indus and my home is far near to indus but git is very far then that so this are reasons I choose Indus University. Th admission process is to submit form with your personal info and have to submit gujcet 12 th marksheet and merit rank form and admission form fee of 350 rupees. The Cut off is very low the student can esaily take admission in Indus University

Night Life

There are not much hangout places near our college as it was very inside from the main road highway but ther are two cafes near or college There is hostels inside college and timing is 7am to 7pm There is Dream cafe and another is sanvi cafe in racharda ahmedabad.

And facilitate is much better than I expected.
Also the college has good space are for everything like for parking, playing.
I like the nature of college. Like how the things were maintained.

Also stationery are too expensive than outside.

Admission:

I choose Indus University because of its good performance and the name and fame that university own. Also I have applied to 2-3 other universities but compare to them Indus university offers best course in buget. Compare to other universities Indus University has less fees structure.

Coming to this college was actually an accident. I was repeating for NEET exam in kerala and just applied for the entrance ecam as a backup option. I failed in neet and thus selected this college as this is the best college in india for this specific course. Admission pricedure is really simple. Just write the exam. And after passing the AME CET exam we can apply for this college.

I applied in many college like 1.LD college of engineering, 2.DDU 3.Ahemdabad university 4.GEC patan 5. GEC gandhinagar 6.GES dahod 7. Indus university And I got in last 4 college and I take admission in Indus university And I got it. There is not hard process of admission,first apply the form online pey registration fees 350 rupees and after come to college and check campus and pey token fees and admission is confirmed.

If you have completed your first semester at GLA University, Mathura, and wish to continue your second semester at Indus University, Ahmedabad, you can apply for a transfer or migration admission. Indus University allows lateral or inter-university transfers depending on seat availability and equivalence of course curriculum. You must provide your migration certificate, mark sheet, syllabus of the previous semester, and a no-objection certificate from GLA University. Final approval depends on the university’s academic council after verification of eligibility.

B.Sc, B.Com, M.Sc (Integrated) and BBA admissions are completely merit-based. MBA (Integrated) and MBA (Dual Degree) admission are made on the basis of a valid score in UGAT conducted by AIMA. M.Tech admission is granted on the basis of a good score in GATE or equivalent state level entrance test. Merit is the only criteria to secure admission in MCA program while for M.Sc, the university conducts separate entrance test. CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ or equivalent entrance passed candidates are eligible to apply for MBA course in different disciplines. For Ph.D. (Full-Time & Part-Time) admissions, Indus University conducts Indus University Research Aptitude Test (IURAT) followed by an interview.
