IGNOU B.Sc Zoology: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

For me the IGNOU is one of the best the best university for distance learning program, The universities provides well structured curriculum that covers both the theoretical and practical, So a student understand the subject in depth and free study material, it is the first choose for the students who are peaparing for any completive exams along with their graduation or master's, well many of my classmate were doing that, however coming to the obstacles faced by the students is majorly is that the university has lots of enrollments due to which it's difficute to conducts practicles and more majorities of the student doesn't takes the university seriously. They thought that the distance learning program will not benefits,as their value is not equlivate to the regular colloege, but that not TRUE! they have more time to learn more skills. At the time admission I was also the one of the confussed student. But after the research and talking to the students and done the comparision on fees, study marterial and teachers, I reallies I had made the best decision. And coming to the amount of fees we paid the regular colleges (even in private one) and the time which invest in them after degree's a student earned still their in no granteen that they will get placements, cause they don't skills, in distance learning I had the time to support my family finacially along my degree. My BSCG course yearly fee is 4500rs plus 1500 add more for exam fee and I don't get any scholarships. My total fee is around 18000rs include with exam fees and my course is completed last month and all fee were paid. I belongs from general category students so I didn't get any discount or any specific benefits. About this college fee is good but the charges which they took for tution fee and study materials which are not valid because they can't provide proper classes and study materials also. My batch mates also faces same problem and also have same fee structure, some of my batch mates are Monish, aniket and Sonali etc

Yes. Ignou is really affordable university.. You can do so many course, diploma, degree, certificate and so on It's open and affordable university and most important it's no age to enrollments Some people don't study due to high education fees.. But ignou gives you this opportunity to study and it's also gives some scholarship, campus placement, and so on things

The overall fee structure varies from course to course but it hardly ranges from a minimum of 5000 per year to 12000 per year Also there is not much scholarship programmes in ignou Another aspect is campus employment which is the weakest point when it comes to ignou here the average package is only about 2-3 lakhs

The total programme fees is nearly INR 10,000, which is to be paid about INR 4,000 annually. The university provides students the opportunity for campus placements. IGNOU notifies the students about such prospects and assure that opportunities are availed to the candidates.

The cost of the study is affordable in this University. For BSc. courses it is 12,6000/- for 3 years i.e. 4,200/- per annum (as there is one semester per year), which includes the study material as well. But this cost does not include the exam fees. Candidates filling the exam form have to pay seperate fees for every subject, i.e. 200/- per subject from the year 2021. Earlier it was 150/- per subject, now there is Rs. 50 hike from the year 2021. As the fees is minimal, so the University does not provide any kind of scholarship or financial assistance to students. There is no job placement after completing your Bsc. from IGNOU. You have to find a job on your own with your skills and experience.
