The fees i think is so little much high but the job opportunities very good and the scholarship financial assistance are also here that can be accessed easily the scholarship are government and the private scholarship
Faculty is super super friendly and intelligent, they're highly educated and experienced.
Students become eligible for placement from 3 years of college and there are many companies in this college that provide opportunities to students like amazon, tcs, wipro, and many other products-based companies as well as service-based companies also.

Dislikes

Fee structure is so high 1.5 lkh per year and according to fees we are not getting necessary facilities fee increase every year by 10% there are no scholarships and no guidance in college .
Although, the campus life was quite engaging but the fest management was poor. moreover, student interactions were biased to appearances.
Faculties are highly qualified,most of them have done their masters ,but they are not willing to teach in a good manner ,notes are not shared by the teachers , except mahim sharma no professor knows teaching

Great student life

Likes

Really amazing infrastructure and atmosphere.
Faculty members are skilled and really very supportive.

Dislikes

Grounds are not well maintained, making unable to play in rainy season.

Likes

Teachers and faculty is Cooperative and overall infrastructure is good .
They also provide hostel facility for people who stay in other states

Dislikes

Hotel facilities is only for boys and that too with high prices.

Placement Experience:

Students get internship offers for 3 months after the completion of 2nd year which is in campus . Placement in MAIMS is only possible after the completion of graduation in which highest package is of 9 lakh and average of 4 lakh

College for Delhi students with low Rank (Decent ROI)

Likes

As the strength of the class is low, teachers give personal attention to everyone. Also, it is easy to make personal contact with every teacher, thus teachers also provide emotional support when needed
The college is situated in good area surrounded by different colleges like IIT , IIIT, DTU , NSUT and students are allowed to participate in events of these colleges with college ID card, thus it provides decent exposure.

Dislikes

The course content is not at par with industry standards and it requires to be upgraded to match the requirements of the modern industries
The infrastructure is also not that good and requires proper maintenance and is not at par with other private institutes
Research culture is not promoted in the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is not at par with the current modern industry standards and requires modification. I think new courses should be introduced focussed more on practical learning and less on theoretical knowledge. Moreover, in the present practical subjects also the practicals are those which have no use when applying for ny internship or company interview, So i think the practicals should be changed in that way, so that we are able to do well in our interviews and the chances of on campus selection increase. This problem is not particularly with my college but i think all the colleges in India need to do so.

HMRITM

Likes

Nothing is there for liking or memorised as no events, no fests, no functions etc happend in HMRITM.
I have memories which my fellow mates made in third year as first two years are spend in covid.
No travelling convinience, they provide college bus , but too costly.

Dislikes

Didn't like campus, travelling issue, classrooms are not good, no AC in classrooms

Placement Experience:

Till 2022 companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro etc MNCs reached to my college, after that placement got decreased and in 2024 no company raeched. No student got placed on-campus, few are placed off-campus.

Teachers ate helpful and understanding regarding assignment.
Not that much strictness in 3rd and 4th year for the attendance
Sports day is celebrated annually and certificates are provided to students

Dislikes

Rarely any functions or fests are celebrated in the clg.
Small campus, small ground, gaming room is locked opens after asking only

I chose b.tech in computer science when took admission as there is much scope in it if compared to other courses on btech like mechanical or electrical. Frequency of Exams are after every 3 months a time. In a semester, one midterm and one final exm.

VIPS-TC: Pros and Cons

Likes

The infrastructure of the university is amazing compared to other ipu universities I've visited
There are a multitude of events that take place.
The staff is organised and very helpful. We've been provided with ample extra curricular guidance.

Dislikes

The available space to number of students ratio is a little low.
The class seats can feel a little uncomfortable sometimes
The practicals conducted sometimes lack proper explaining.

There are placements available in VIPS-TC. The average package is 4-5 LPA and the highest are around 14-15 LPA. The placements start around 7th semester along with opportunities for internships. I plan to pursue MBA along with a job.

Overview of vivekananda institute of professional studies, from B-Tech perspective

Likes

The faculty is knowledgeable and is working hard towards making us job ready, they help us gear up for our future with letting us work on research papers, finding internships etc
The college buildings are air conditioned, the corridors, the classrooms, washrooms etc that is a plus point during Delhi's summer
The faculty when not teaching becomes like our friends and they also help us outside academics, they help us out with our personal problems and ensure our well-being

Dislikes

The playground is a bit small compared to other colleges which in turn leaves no place to play sports on
The teachers can get strict at times which in turn can hurt your internal marks
The junior - senior interactions are very minimal and almost none

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 4th year or 6th semester, you need to clear your backlogs by 4th semester to get a chance to appear for campus placements. There is a career development cell which takes care for the placements. Till now only a few companies whose names are not disclosed to us have visited us but not a lot of students could clear their test, which makes is a worry for others. The first batch is yet to pass out so there is no clear picture of how much package is offered to students and the percentage of students getting placement. My plans after getting degree is to start my own tech startup with the knowledge I gained in college.

My honest Review at VIPS

Likes

Campus life is amazing . There are lots of events that are going on , also there are end number of societies that one could join.
Infrastructure is also pretty good. You get all types of amenities.

Dislikes

The attendance criteria is strict with a minimum of 75% attendance.
Also. the daily schedule is very hectic with classes from 9 in the morning to 4 30 in the evening

Placement Experience:

Placements at VIPS for BBA LLB(Hons) is decent . It is not good as NLUs . That's why if you want to go for corporate , you may go for off campus placements. I plan to do corporate after completing my degree.

Since the university has already closed the admission registration process for the B.Ed program in the 2022-23 academic, you will not be able to get admission in this session. You can apply for admission in the next session.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the Bachelors of Physiotherapy (BPT) as the minimum eligibility set requires one to have passed the 12^th standard board examination in the science stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. You can get admission on the basis of scores of IPU CET.
