DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are the main factor for which students choose DTU. Here average package is around 15lpa and average of tech branch is 24lpa. Around 350+ companies visit DTU for recruitment ecery year such as Amazon Google Microsoft etc. Around 80% students got placed every year , rest opt for govt jobs, masters, startups,etc.

For B tech students : Placements in DTU are rising annualy. Highest packeges offered to tech branches (like Coe,IT,SE,MAC) around 82 lpa and 1.2 cr ( international), whereas the avergae package is around 25 lpa for the above branches. While in core branches (like ME, EE, CE , PE ) the annual package varies from 7 to 11 lpa. Out of 1600 ( approximately) 1450 ( approx ) were placed, whereas rest of the students go for higher studies or prepare for exams like CATE, GATE, UPSC , CDS etc. My plane is also to take placement in a core branch gain some experience and then apply for other companies.

The course end curriculum at Dtu is generally well regarded with a practical learning and industry. The university has a diverse range of programs across engineering, science management and humanities, providing the student with opportunities to explore various courses and specialise in their area of interest.

Placement rounds usually happens during final year and internships rounds in 3rd year of college,by 8th semester companies starts hiring students from the campus, the pay is overall very average for core branches while it is quite good for the tech branches. In total 919 offers made which were above 10lpa in the current year for tech placements. The highest offer last year was around 1cr which was an international offer and average offer would be anywhere around 7-10lpa. Lots of kids also ho for higher studies too while I am thinking to get into tech sector after the degree.

??from the 7th semester, student start placing in top companies. ??almost wvery large company which you can imagine visit DTU for their recruitment. Some of the names are google, microsoft, meta ,netflix,apple,bmw,mercedes,gail,flipkart,samsung,tower research and many more. There were around 400 companies visited and total offers are 2100+. ?? the overall highest package international is 1.8crpa and domestic is 83 lpa offered by amazon and Atlassian respectively. The overall avg. Package is 16lpa with 87% placement rate. ?? my plan after the degree is to grab a high package placement.

The placements of this college are great. if you work hard you can grab a very good package like 20-30 LPA Major recruiters like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Adobe, sprinkler these tech companies and many nontech giants also come overall 80% of students get placed in the chemical branch average package was 11 LPA and the highest was 30 LPA

placement of this college is quite good as already mentioned the average package is around 16 lakhs and the branch i am in is IT whose average package is around 24 lakhs and mainly it is dependent on students how well they are at their skills to get a good package

I choose the course for exploring the practical life rather than theory , that's why engineers are cool ! Faculty would well experienced and had great teaching skills which was very necessary. Term exam was easy like board level

Im still in first year, so ig the 7th semester students bvecome eligible for campus -placement. They are still ongoing so the stats arent out yet. tthere were hundreds of companies for last year including apple, google etc. 80% got placed given last year data. I plan to purse masters after the btech.

Student are eligible for campus placement in terms of internship is 5th Mr onwards and for placement 7th semester onwards there are lots of company came in DTU like Google Amazon Flipkart TCS and many more last year it's about 450- 500 companies visited here for campus placement. the average package of last year was 83 lakh per annum and average package was 12 or 13 lakh. 70 to 80% of students are getting placed from DTU and other students may of four higher degrees for studies. My plans after getting the degrees simply getting a good good job in terms of money and for after earning money for some years I will go to some startups.
