Like my thermal teacher is amazing and wonderful sir they have amazing knowledge and wonderful mind set about everything.
Scholarships are very good, and dtu scholarships and govt scholarships like mcm are easily getable.
Placement is pretty amazing. also it is one the best core jobs providing universities in india.

Dislikes

The scholarships and financial assistant are there but they are not that easy to avail.
Due to recession less companies are coming in college which is affecting all over placements.
Hostel not provided to delhi region students...dtu has enough space for hostels but not made.. day scholars suffers alot...a very big disadvantage

DTU - an honest review

Cultural fests, college life, campus beauty, attendance policy

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for on campus internships during their 3rd year or 5th semester and for full time opportunities during the 4th year. Greater than 200 companies visit the campus and have given out greater than 800 offers recently to undergraduate students. Highest package being 64lpa and average being between 15-20lpa. Almost 50% of tech batch is placed despite market slowdown. My personal plan after getting a degree being doing a job itself.

Likes

Diversity: University campuses often host a diverse student body,
Friendships: Students have the opportunity to form lasting friendships with peers who share similar academic interests

Dislikes

Heavy Workload: Engineering programs are often demanding
tress and Pressure: The pressure to perform well academically

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's a 4 year undergraduate course and the quality of faculties is superb. Delhi Technological University holds an impeccable record in placement statistics and it's also considered a tier 1 college. Faculties are highly qualified.

Everything you need to know about DTU.

Likes

The diversity and quality of peer group.
The fests and other cultural and recreational opportunities provided by the college
The sports facilities provided by the college including sports equipment and coaches.

Dislikes

Exam schedule (sometimes it is in continuation , day after day and even more than one exams per day)
Too large and scattered campus (not a big issue, everyone becomes habitual)
Few non cooperating staffs and professors.

Placement Experience:

Dtu has a good track record of providing placements to its students . You can sit in placements from 6th semester however you can get on campus internships from 4th semester onwards. Around 300 comapanies visit the college for on campus placements. In the concluded placement session almost 1850 students were placed out of 2000 students, rest 150 either opted for higher education or startups. Highest package was 1.83crore per year and average package is 12-13 lpa.

The peer group is great and supportive. .
The seniors are very interactive and funny
The proffesors are great and helpful in nature

Placement Experience:

Placement is better than some of the national institute of technology and even the newer Indian institute of technologies The placement session of this year is slow because of recession but the highest packages are in crores generally and average is around fourteen fifteen lakh per annum

The big thing I like about DTU is there sports complex they have multiple facilities according to their sport they have numbers of sports and their provide facilities to move from different phase to face according to your game and teachers are qualif
Second thing like about my college due to is academic excellence it's major hpype in there
The faculties in due to our also very good

Dislikes

The one thing I didn't like it to is about the duration between two exams do not give any rest between any exams
Second thing is that you have to travel from one and two another inter College and there is no travel facilities the camp is so huge
Parking system is not so good in the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as it will be in demand in future and it aligns with my interest. Faculty to students ratio is average according to multiple universities but I think it's on the upper side of that Faculty are highly qualified as they are majority PHD in various filed of engineering Mid sem occur in 2 month from the start of the semester and end sem occur after 1.5 months from midsem.It is particularly hard to pass the exams but it depend on the subject teachers how they set the paper

Fests, Crowd, Environment, campus, clubs
The seniors here are quite cooperative
My experience as a fresher was also cool and awesome

Dislikes

Attendance and some of the subject classes
Sometimes the timetable bothers me. yeah
We have to walk in the campus but if we have our own transport then it's convenient

Placement Experience:

I m a fresher, so basically i don't have any real opinion on it. But as I've heard from my seniors. The placements here is good compared to other colleges. In my branch, we get an avg of 20L/annum

Impressive life of DTU

Likes

Sports facilities and indoor and outdoor sports area are too good for any sport.
Like the campus area,too neat and clean filled.with greenery and beautiful views.
Fests, big important part of fun in college life

Dislikes

Teachers behaviour and attitude towards students problems.
Old syllabus no advancement in teaching method and education filed.
High fee and also high hostel charges make it unbearable for many students.

Placement Experience:

Placement Statics are very good. After 6the sem students can sit for campus placements. Many companies have visited campus almost all big MNCs and international recrutiors visited DTU. Highest package was around 32 lakh from our department in tech field. Almost everyone get placed somethere who sits for placements. My plan is to work on my startup idea so that I can create jobs for the society.

Delhi technological university honest review

college fest are really hyped in my college and i think its worth it
teachers are better than most of the colleges
campus id really big and sport complex is also nice

Dislikes

gender ratio was not upto expectations at all
exams was a bit early this semester but i guess it was a one time thing
amount of monkeys on campus are infinite

Placement Experience:

in computer science btech i think the highest placement was about 1cr off campus or on i dont know and regarding placement i dont know much as i am still a first year but would update as i continue in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course curriculum as electronics has a lot of scope in future as we can have chip factories in India. Faculty is qualified but not good. Exams are not tough we can pass them by studying pyq and by YouTube

DTU college review

Likes

Campus Life is absolutely excellent in all terms. The campus is very large and we have huge sport complex with space t. We have several fests like engifest, food fest, Diwali mela with decent expenditure organised every year which acts like a bonus.
Infrastructure is also good with there being all basic things in classrooms.
Course is very interesting and will help to do a lot of good things.

Dislikes

Fees is very high for a government college.
There are too many monkeys in the campus.
There are too many dogs who wouldn't allow you have to have ur lunch properly.

Placement Experience:

From the third year the placement companies come on campus. A lot of big companies like Google, Amazon,etc as well as small companies visit campus each year. Highest package recorded was 82.05 lpa in 2023 and average package is 16 lpa. Placement ratio varies from 88-93 %. My plan is to get placed in a decent software based company after getting degree.
