DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements of our campus are very good, infact our college is known for its placements only.and the main thing is that many big companies come into the campus and offer very high packages like apple, microsoft google etc. The highest package offered as per last year data was 82 lakhs while average was nearly about 16-17 lakhs, and the overall percentage of placements for tech branches was around 75-80% as per the data available. My plan after getting the degree is to get hired in any of the good companies and after getting a work experience of 2-3 years i may go abroad for msters.

The placements statistics of my course influenced me to choose it as its highest placement went upto 1.8cr and average placement is 26lacs. Although the course is not as systematic but it provides huge opportunities

The placements in this college is decent as it is a tier 1 university the avg package for cse and it goes around 24-25 lakhs per annum. The highest package goes around 84 lakhs per annum. There is a dedicated placement cell.

Placements of our college are good many companies wasted Microsoft Amazon were there and sprinkler and packages of CS rated branches was about average is approx 20 to 22 lakhs and place ratio is 7 to 20% student apply and my plans after getting degree is to go for cdsc and civil services

DTU has good legacy for campus placement although from last 2 year recession has badly affected in fact all colleges in India is affected but yes placement wise their is an edge because of location of delhi this year around 70 percent get placed

For campus placement you eligible in seventh or eighth semester according to you experience and work. College also provide internships which start in second or third year. I only know about my branch average package is 15LPA and highest I think 31LPA. Percentage of students getting placements is 70-75%.

After the end of third year placement season starts that is an the end of 6th semester. During the summer break companies start coming for placement and the placement drive takes place till March that is 8th semester end. A lot of companies visit DTU. The numbers can go as high as 300. The average package is also very good

Placement are too much in my college about in the past year 2023 there is the there is about 80% students are placed like about 1500 students sit in the interview and about 1300 student got the placement it is to give the placement my college because of the placement placement rate

Course curriculum is beyond my expectation.i choose environmental engineering for tackles real world problem and work for right solution but after some time I realised course curriculum is all about small problem that every one know . One year passes here and I didn't get any knowledge that i applied to real world problems and people after passing this course they didn't get to environmental problems but eventually they get non tech jobs and the whole environmental engineering course curriculum aren't relevant to them

Well i am in 1st year so dont have much info in palcements and internship But accn to google there is 88 percent placement in software engineer and average package is 20lpa So lets see how much will it improve in 4 years
