- I liked the campus beauty and the staff over here who are very supportive and the teachera who are ready for yoy every time you go to them and wven the hygine is maintained quite good here
- Faculty members in this department are the best atleast i think so, they interact with students in a friendly manner this allows us to freely ask our doubts and gain knowledge.
- Tution fee in each year is increased by 10 percent and there are number of scholarships and fee refunds for which a student can apply for after approval of his cirtificates and various other documents.
Dislikes
- Hostels - their is not sufficient hostels available for students and hostel mess is very bad. their is no student union available so it is very difficult to make some change in college.
- It is not so good as expected because of lack of facilities within the college.but according to social aspects and culture it is good and our nit is lacking infrastructure and this affects campus life too.
- It is a very small campus compared to the other nits, the college grounds are very small, and there are no separate buildings for the courses.

Placement Experience:
From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in campus placements.
There are around 150-200 companies visited and around 300 offers made.
The highest package is 65 lakha for this year and average package is 10 lpa.
Around 96 percent studentsgot placed.
I want get a good placement.

- Placement:- At the end placement matters ,the probability of getting placed, High figure of placements matters.
- Facilities:- I know the facilities can be improved,but still you can get a decent facilities in college which is very important important.
Dislikes
- Campus:- The campus building is old but still decent,but when you campare to othe IIT and Nits you will regret it
Placement Experience:
For Btech ,The placements of Nitrr is good from most of colleges in India ,still no college can give you 100% placement, hence I would say placements of ITand Cse are excellent (90%+ ) if you are eligible and avg is 18lpa ,which is very good figure but for rest ece,ee this is difficult to get placed but you can pull 13lpa avg ,and as cg is famous for mining it has decent (11lpa ) placement,and other branches have same 9-10lpa placements,but I will recommend try to get better branch because for lower branch placement % is 75-80% of eligible students. Hence and most of people are placed to decent companies but you are good in coding and have prepared hard enough you can pull 55lpa from any branch,but have to work hard in acedmics and for placement too ,so if you can sacrifice your time then ,NIT Raipur is for you and you can pull decent ,since nearly 100+ company visit every year..and 75% placement in overall btech of eligible students. So try to be eligible and get require skills too.

- Here ia the very helful seniors .the laibrary of this college consist lot of books which are the attraction for me as i was fond of reading . The other things are the tech fest and garba night and some events of the college .

- The lack of hostel are adisliking cons for me

Placements of nits are quite good than other colleges . You will be eligible from semester 7 for the placement
Adobe jsw reliance digital OPPO boat lenscart etc.
Atleast 80 percent get placed from all branches
I want to complete my degree and want to get iim or iit for higher studies
In 2016 gates air 1 from nit raipur it is very known to produce rank in gate

- hostels facilities are good all the things are good and well furnished
- gym facility was available for everyone which is available between 5-8 pm
- every individual hostels have individual badminton and valley ball court
Dislikes
- hostels are good but there is limited hostels thats was the main problem
- there is the central library but it accomodate only about 120 that was the problem
- in hostels sunday mess is closed during night so we have to face lot of problems
Placement Experience:
placements of NITS AND IITS are good thats why students do hardwork to get college . placements of upper branch was very nice and lowe branch was good in last year we will get oportunity of jobs but we we do internship from 3rd year

- the entrence exam .... JEE is toughest exam in enge nering thoough ths only well minded and studies students came
- hostel facilities are good except shortage of hostels
- friends through this we are able to know about the different types of students with different mindsets
Dislikes
- shortage of hostels a i said only fews get hostels as the basis of JEE rank
- some teachers are not too good only they come to cover syallabus
- hostel gate was close at 9 pm was too early as in home i walk out with friends at 11 pm

placement wise collage was too good in my branch IT higest pakage was around 55 lakh and average pakage was around 17 lakh was very nice in other branches also good as compared to other collage NIT was the top best collage in the state chattisgarh
my plans was to do job if my interst is not in them the i thought of doing more qualification through GATE and CAT

- There is no ragging in my college .seniors are interactive and we call them in any kinds of problem
- There are so many clubs and committee for everyone
- There is so natural environment in college as well as in hostel
Dislikes
- I dislikes that in nit raipir hostel is not provided to everyone
- The things that i disappointed is sports ground not properly managed
- Library is closed on sunday and on saturday after 1:00 pm

- Our college garden, our canteen, teachers
- Our canteen's food, our cafe's food items
- professors who are really kind and helping in nature

- our college's washrooms which is located at the main building
- our grading scheme that is relative grading.
Placement Experience:
I literally have no idea about placements and all, as I am in 1st semester. But as I have heard, placements at our college, NIT RAIPUR are really good. Average packages are also good. also placements depend on CPI of 4th year which is also the final year

- Campus of the college is very awesome and it is in 100 acre
- Sports facilities are very good, gym are fully equipped
- Hostel are very good and dispensary is also provided for medical treatment
Dislikes
- I don't like the area where college is situated because area expensive
Placement Experience:
After 6 semesters students are eligible for campus placement.
In my branch companies like coal India, Vedanta, and Tata Steel visit here and offer a job of 8lpa and above.
In my branch highest package in non-core is 55 lpa and in core is 22 lpa.
Around 92% of students get placed.
I will go for a job in core.

- The location of the college is very nice.
- Central garden near the main building is also a great place to hangout.
- The campus is very clean and greenery is maintained everywhere.
Dislikes
- The thing I disliked the most is the hostel facilities.
- There is a lack of junior and seniors interaction.
- Campus area of our college is not so huge.
Placement Experience:
The campus placements here are started in the month of August usually and end till the session is completed. The average package this year is around 14lpa. Many core and non-core companies have visited till now. The highest package offered in our branch till now is 24lpa.

- The second thing i liked is the quality of teaching.
- The third thing i liked is the opportunities in our college.
Dislikes
- The thing i disliked the most the problem of hostel accomodation.
- Second thing is the lack of interaction between juniors and the seniors.
- Third thing is the small campus area which is only around 100 acres.
Placement Experience:
Our campus placement is decent. This year the average package offered is around 13-14lpa. The placements are still going on for the session 2020-24. The height package till now is 55lpa. It was offered by Adobe.

As an alumnus of NIT Raipur, here are my views on this institution-
- Faculty- The faculty lags behind in terms of NIT standards. It is slightly above average. This is because their teaching method is not very engaging. That being said, the teachers are helpful. They will advise you to engage in extracurriculars as well.
- Student Interaction- The senior-junior interaction is good.
Despite IIT Raipur and AIIMS Raipur being in close proximity, interaction and
idea-sharing with them is negligible.
- Industry Connect- It has a good industry connection for some core branches like mining, metallurgy, and civil.
- Campus Life- The campus life isn’t good. But eventually, you’ll learn to cope with things and enjoy yourself. You’ll learn a lot during your degree from this campus.
- Infrastructure- There is a lot of room for improvement in the infrastructure of this college.
- Placement- Placement records are decent. Last year an average package of INR 10.1 LPA was recorded by the college. A total of 738 offers were made by 101 companies. Some of the companies that visit the campus for placements include- Infoedge, Siemens, Adobe, Barclays, Capgemini, FIAT, Reliance, TATA, SapientNitro, Oracle, Amazon, Samsung, JP Morgan Chase, Cognizant and Wipro.
Overall, I would say that NIT Raipur is a bit lacking in many respects. However, you’ll get a good chance to rise over here because of low competition.
