Good campus and nice infrastructure

Different courses have different approaches but nearly all the courses outstands , techloaded labs make it easier to excel in different fields. Difficulty level is a subjective thing and varies person to person.

College provide a good scope in internships with stipend ranging from 20k to 150k which is excellent. Companies like google , tcs and many more offer internships to students. Each company has its own benchamarks.

Thapar has good placements. Big tech giants like apple , google and microsoft come to campus for placements. 3rd and 4th year students are placed at big companies. If a student is not placed, he has a wide exposure in different sectors

Well according to me, fees is on higher side. Avg annual fee is approximately 24 lac. There are a variety of hostels , fees ranging from 60 k to 120k . Batchmates fees is approximately same . There are various scholarships provided by university on different aids, like financial.

Campus is wide and open, and campus life is outstanding. Campus consists of lush green parks and open areas. The main attraction of campus is its big and beautiful library ( nalanda ). Parks like nirvana are such beauty beasts.

Hostel provide good facilities, like free wifi , gym area , reading room , indoor games area . Mess is big and meals are good ????. Meal quality is good. There are acs in room and are affordable . Good cleanliness.

I applied to other colleges also other than thapar, like bits pilani . Since it was very hard to enter to bits, so my second chance was thapar. Thapar has a good reputation and is a very old college which still holds its legacy.

Overall faculties are supportive and helpful . A very few teachers are strict but overall teachers are good (like sachin sir is strict but helpful ). There are mid sem and end sem papers in a single semester. A very few students got detain in their exams.

Nightlife of college is good , hostels have a restricted entry time which is a good thing. At night, campus is quiet and beautiful. Hostels have their own canteens which opens till 12 or 1 am at night .
