15 Jun, 2025 NATA 2025 Schedule has been announced on the official website @nata.in for B.Arch Admissions. The registrations are open and interested candidates can apply till June. NATA 2025 Exam will be held from March 7, 2025 to June 28, 2025 (Every Friday & Saturday). To learn more about NATA 2025, click here.

19 May, 2025 GZSCCET UG Fee Structure 2025-2026 has been released. The academic fee is ₹ 1.04 Lakhs/Yr-₹ 1.05 Lakhs/Yr.

GZSCCET Fee Structure 2025-26 has been released. The academic fee for PG is ₹ 1.97 Lakhs.

GZSCCET 2025 will be conducted in both computer-based and offline modes across multiple centers from March 7, 2025, to June 2025. The online application process began on February 3, 2025, and candidates must complete their registration before the deadline. Registered applicants can download their NATA 2025 admit card by logging in with their credentials. Candidates can attempt the exam up to three times, and the NATA 2025 results will be released after each test. As the Council of Architecture (CoA) does not conduct centralized counseling, qualified candidates must apply separately to their preferred institutions.

Giani Zail Singh College of Engineering and Technology, Punjab Technical University Campus, Bathinda was the first technical institute established by Government of Punjab. The foundation stone was laid by His Excellency Sidharth Shankar Ray, then Governor of Punjab in 1989. This College has been made as constituent college of Punjab Technical University in 2011 with the aim to put emphasis on Post Graduate studies and Doctoral Research. It is now with the objective to play pivotal role in producing technical manpower being the second campus of Punjab Technical University

Tarranum - It is Annual Fest of the college. It is two days of thorough celebration whole of the college is involved in it. It includes two days and two night’s celebration.
Antragini 2011- Every year IIT Colleges celebrate their Annual fest on the National level and all of the colleges from whole India are invited to participate and show best in them
PTU youth fest- Youth-Fest is organized every year on the State level. All the college affiliated to PTU Jallandhar participates in events like Singing, Folk dances like Giddha, Bhangra, Jhoomar etc. It is a 4 days festival

Best college in bathinda

Likes

I am in love with my college structure and the facilities offered by college like library, cafeterias, lecturehall, hostels and various clubs
Outlets malls resturant and food stalls, food vans are also near to it which help to ease the students to reach there.
College faculty are the best and it cooperate with the students very well .

Dislikes

Some of the malls are very far from the college which make it difficult for the hostellers to buy their daily necessity
Food stalls and food van near the college are not pocket friendly to the student

Academic structure and curriculum in the campus

Choosing computer science and engineering is the best choice anyone can make in todays modern time. For me, chosing this college with my dream is the bestest thing ever i have in my life. we are not only focusing on the studies during our college life but also we are enjoying it by participating in different competitions, fest and clubs. Our college compete with many other colleges in the competitions associated to the modern science like robo war, debugging etc which make it interactive and easy to learn by the full fun of enjoying it

What are the internship opportunities in the campus?

Companies like trident and vardhman textiles have visited our campus for the placement .It is the package of nearly 12 lakh per annum. Our placement cell is the best as it always offer various placement every year ...

The placement cell of our college is the best .There are nearly 1500+ companies visited every year with the highest package of 24 lakh and lowest package of 6 lakh . we are eligible for the campus placement after the 1st year .

Scholarship available in the college

Our college offer various scholarship scheme like JKPMSSS , CM scholarship , PMSS, etc. Which is very helpful for the students with good marks who cannot be able to pay the fee of the college... Our college also offer full fetched scholarship.

Various clubs and fest of the college

The most important fest of our college is taranum. Which is the annual fest of college. It occur in the month of october. There are various sports clubs and other activity clubs like painting, music, dance , etc .

What are facilities available in the college hostel?

Hostel facility of our college is good. Both boys and girls hostel are available. Each room is occupied with a almirah, table , chair. The mess menu of the hostel is really appreciable and nourished. we can easily enjoy our hostel life with our college facilities. it also have common room in which students come and enjoy their weekends .

Faculty and learning experience in the campus

The faculty of our department computer science and engineering are the best. They are very friendly to the students. We can visit them anytime for any issue or query. They all have a 20+ yrs teaching experience of senior teachers and we also have the new and modern faculty which make it easy for the student to communicate with the teachers of only some age gap difference. We also celebrate various fest in our department like compkriti to interact with the teachers and students.

You can get the admission form by its official sites and also from our college admission cell. No reservation is provided for any up bringing admission. Exams are also schesule in their scheduled timing, intermediate level of exam is granted.

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass

Admission:

I didn't apply for other colleges. I chose this college as it was near my hometown and there were circumstances which prevented me from going too far from home. That's why, I chose this college. The admission process is simple. You need to have passed your senior secondary education in any central and state board. Exams accepted are JEE Mains and Board examinations. Most of the admissions here are based on counselling sessions, even after that, there is option of direct admission. Admission is quick and can be done by student himself also. Overall admission process is good.

The college campus is lush green spread over 200 acres
The new campus is well designed with Sikh architecture.

This college is one of the oldest architecture colleges in Punjab. They have a huge alumni support as well. This college was also awarded as the best architecture college in North India in the Year 2019-2021

Dislikes

Infrastructure is good but sometimes classroom are very dirty.
Also there fans are not in good condition at the time of summer

Admission:

Firstly there is no entrance exam for admission in any course except phd. There is a ik gujral and mrsptu counseling for admission. Firstly you have to register on mrsptu official website for admission acc to your course and percentage in 12th you can secure a seat. Also there is a direct admission option available for nearby students

60% percentage is needed in PCM course in the senior secondary or in diploma course from any Institute or university. Application form is available online in the university website only. Reservation details are also mentioned in the university websites. Sometimes previous fee structure are provided by admission cell and then again changes the old to new semester fee after taking admission

Admission:

There are some eligibility to get admission in the college like percentage. I took admission through my JEE rank and there is one admission form we need to sumbit. There is exams after every alternate month throught the semester. They need to make the admission process more transparent.

It is a good place for knowledge only if you are willing to learn.
The greenery around the campus is another good thing
The atmosphere at the college is very good.

Admission:

The minimum eligibility of the course is 60% marks in the 12th grade and the student must have appeared for the jee main examination. Application forms are available on the official website of the college. In addition to this, there are reservations for the other state students and the students from SC/ST categories.

Giani Zail Singh Campus College Of Engineering And Technology does not offer a Bachelor of Arts (BA) but you can apply to other colleges such as RS College of Management, MIT Arts Design & Technology (MIT ADT), Abeda Inamdar Senior College, etc.
